new rp thing

setting's going to be like
pretty much a sewer system and a large bunker-like place where there's a community
this is all ruled by a mysterious lady called the Duchess.
the Duchess has a fucking lot of power, and a lot of people working under her.
the community here is shit
it's dark, wet, cold, and filthy
the community's name is the Black Ashes Brotherhood
there's poor folks and disease and hookers like everywhere pretty much
it's not a good place to be, but it's the only place to be
if you earn the court's favour, you get powers
the party had powers that will be randomised but were arrested for randomised reasons
they were injected with some fluid that suppresses them
they will escape ofc and then do whatever
