Hi,

Thank you for offering me full time position at Microsoft, but I changed my mind about my offer and I would like to explain why.

One of the things I was unhappy about was communication with my recruiter. At the end of my internship, I asked if I could talk to multiple
teams for my FTE position, one of which was OMEX. My recruiter told me I could do that, but after I talked with Anna and got my offer, there
wasn't any possibility to talk to anyone else. After that I sent multiple emails asking questions about my offer and contract, but I didn't
get any response.

Second thing I would like to mention is level I got in my offer. From my offer I didn't realize I am entry level - I just got my annual salary.
With half year of experience in Microsoft with good reviews, I expected at least one level above that.

Final thing was time needed to get a signed contract. I had ten days to accept my offer, but I had to wait for contract for a two months. I
think it is not correct to give someone just ten days to decide on such a big decision, but be so slow about signing that person.

This year's internship was one of the greatest experience in my life, but because all of the following negative experience, I am not joining
Microsoft. I am really if I caused you any trouble - I hope you will find a better fit for my position.
