Essentially, I have a lot of various experience throughout the Police Department, starting off with myself currently being a Command Member of Internal Affairs, I have held the position for roughly over 6 months now and I have held a lot of various roles and positions within the Police Department, ranging from being in Academy as a Police Training Officer, RTU as a Road Traffic Trainer, TFU as a Tactical Firearms Training Officer, and finally People Services as a Member. Throughout me being in various of divisions, these has given me a lot of experience throughout my career in the PLPD since returning last year in April and improving my skills day by day.

Furthermore, currently I have a good range of skills such as my Leadership, Communications, Investigation skills, in addition mainly my strong work ethic; I love to take control of situations and take initiative and make sure everything is going correctly, along with my communication skills with other officers and how I communicate with my fellow colleagues and civilians. My strong work ethic & investigation skills can be shown by the complaints I've investigated and from in-game situation and how I've been doing my work and how I conduct myself overall.

Currently, in People Services I mainly answer to Helpdesk Tickets which I am highly active checking them a lot and respond and handle them a lot, redirecting them to correct groups, handling them myself which I believe would help me in this role, Along with that I am currently apart of Internal Affairs, I love investigating complaints and I have experience and know how to fully investigate a complaint and understand what to do throughout the complaint process.

Lastly, I have received an award from the Head of Internal Affairs for my amazing conduct & work ethic in the division. This shows how I am and how my work ethic is, which can be shown by the work I do and how I love working the Internal Parts of the Department. I've attended Complaint Committee Meetings and I would love to be able to host them and gain experience as in the role of a Professional Standards Member and to expand my responsibilities in the PLPD. Furthermore, I have also received an award from People Services for my strong work ethic and my dedication to the division. As well as recently having experience as Head of Internal Affairs for 2 months (30/09/19 to 30/11/19).
