Administrative Privileges (No Programs Needed)​

Step 1: Launch Startup Repair​
First you must launch startup repair to do that you have to turn off you computer and then let it boot till the windows boot logo shows up then turn it off again, then turn it on after all that you should see a launch repair thingy then boot it up.​

Step 2: Start Up Repair​
After the first step you have to start the repair it may take 10 - 40 mins most likey it will take a long time.​

Step 3: Accessing System 32 Files​
After the start up repair you should get something saying that your computer could not find any errors, then you have to click more info or just scroll down right to the bottom and then you have to click on error logs or something like that and it should open notepad doesn't matter that it says on notepad just as long as you have it open you good to go after you've opened notepad in the top left corner click open then go to your C: Drive, Windows, System32​

Step 4: Opening CMD As System 32​
After you have system 32 files open you have to find sethc.exe then you have to rename it to ANYTHING you like it does not matter as long as nothing else has that name already, Then you have to find cmd.exe and rename it to SETHC it has to be sethc or it wont work after that turn off you computer and boot it up as normal, then once your on the login screen you have to press SHIFT 5 times like sticky keys but instead it opens cmd under system32​

Step 5: Commands​
To Change The Password Type: net user Administrator*​
then type the password it wont show up as you typing but you really are :)​
To Make an Administrator account type: net user /add accountnamehere passwordhere, Then Type: net localgroup Administrators usernameyourmadehere /add​
