unsheathed his sword, he'd stare at it for a short amount of time pondering as to how he should procceed with his technique, know that he thought about it , placing the sword on the ground and molding chakra which would then be transfered to the blade wasn't all that much effective, besides if he did place the sword on the ground what if it was on the grass? It would burn the place up, he had to think of another way to incorporate his idea into the technique and actually make it a viable choice in battle.

Instead of placing his sword on the ground he'd hold it up in one of his arms , the boy was a master with the katana and he had no problem using it as a one-hander , in fact sometimes that would be the most logical thing to do as it gave more mobility and didn't cut back on the boy's force as he was quite proficient with it.

Soryen closed his eyes and formed the half-seal of tiger with his free hand , he was thinking that maybe if he molded chakra like this it would be the most mobile way possible, he began brewing the katon element in his stomach once more, it would take a bit more them than a regular tiger seal as this was only the half of it , chakra control that he was not used to had be perfected in order to grasp the uniqueness towards this jutsu.

As he felt his stomach warming up , the brown-haired boy let the chakra inside his gut travel upwards and into the arm that was holding his katana , shape training was something he did and he envisioned his energy flowing through his blade and in a way , extending it's reach and range with the fire element, kind of like a long ass katana engulfed in flames.

Soon he released the katon chakra through his palm and onto the sword, by imagining and molding his chakra onto the razor's edge he would attempt to do just as he planned , but nonetheless it was not so flashy. The tip of the boy's katana heated up and steam began to evaporate from it, the top part of it slightly turned red.

"Still need more trainin' but i think i got the concept i wanna work with..." he said out loud
