14. Previous groups stating the reason of leaving and rank:
15. - I don't really remember all groups I've joined but here is a list of my previous groups:
16. - PAT (DCMD) - The group was frozen.
17. - 1337 (Deputy) - The group was frozen.
18. - SAPD (RCT) - Had a great time there, but left it to create MSS.
19. - MSS - The group I've created along with my Russian mates. Unfortunately I'm not a criminal and I've always had a dream to stay in law life with my friends and that's why I left. I mean, criminal life is boring and I just wanted to enjoy myself because after all it's a game and there's no point to force yourself to do things you don't like.
20. - SWATTeam - my current group.

27. Autobiography :
28. -Well, my name is Alexander, I am 19 years old. In-game i'm known as Brutal. I was born and live in Donbass (North region) Ukraine. I'm sociable, reliable, and maybe a bit curious. Currently, I'm a student in a college where my speciality is "Gas and Fuel systems" along with this I'm working as mechanic at the big Ukrainian company named "AG&K "Ukraine".". Despite all the stuff I have to do IRL, I still find time to play CIT, because I'm motivated and interested in it enough. Serving law makes me feel I'm important and useful for at least some police officers and maybe the whole Law side in total. I can sense the role I have undertaken to perform. Here is my motivation and the reason that makes me play here in defiance of some real life difficulties. Besides CIT I have one more hobby! I train kickboxing and free-fighting and I have succeeded doing it. I'm not going to share my sport's scores, because I'm sure you're not interested in it. Of course, I have friends in real life I can always go outside with. I can speak on three languages - Ukrainian, Russian and English. To be honest applying for the first time I thought that you are not interested in my real life. That's why I lost this part at my previous application. Okay here is the end of my little real life story, hope you enjoyed.
29.
30. My past experience :
31. My first in-game leading experience started from joining "Police Assistance Team" where I made my way from RCT (Trial) to DCMD (Leader). At that time I realized what initiative, diligence and responsibility are. The group taught me a lot, I still remember every training, every friend I met there, every warning I got being trial-regular. I have a lot of warm memories of this.
32. -My next experience is coming from 1337. I've learned how to be a good friend and how to save your friendship during the most hard times. All ex. 1337's are still my friends, and don't matter what group we are in. I can easily say that also it was a very good life - lesson as I've got a lot of
33. experience and I will never forget the golden 1337 times.
34. - After all of this we've created Morning_Star and I also learned a lot of lessons while leading it. I had the opportunity to sharpen and consolidate my leading abilities, and I actually did.
35. -Then I became a country supporter and yes, I'm far from being the best country supporter because sometimes I just have no time for it. But the fact that I can help at least one newbie makes me happy.
36.
37. Why I want to be a police chief :
38. -So hey, reason behind why i want to be a Police Chief is because not only the fact that law side attracted me a lot more since i've been playing several multiplayer games and the fact that i'm a lot more motivated for such duty, which i believe i'll be performing or at least try to perform it perfectly. I may not seem the best candidate for you so far but yet i've been trying hard since i joined SWAT and i also managed to progress quite a bit within my group as well. Within the group, i'm hosting training's/patrols every single day, to show my activity to the leaders of SWAT Team. Out of it, i keep on attending almost every single CE/AR, or even just 'simple' house robs if i can call it like that, because i enjoy it. I'm not trying to show off somehow to prove that i'm 'active', i am and i will keep on doing what i'm doing simply because i'm enjoying it and this way, i can also prove you that i'm capable enough of handling this duty i believe, if not today then later on i'll still keep on trying because i want to lead our law enforcers in the correct way. Again, i never said that i'm any better than others, but i want you to know that the only thing i want is to help our fellow mates on their way to the 'glory' *cough*, that's a bit too emotional, anyway.
39.
40. I'll keep on doing what i'm doing until i reach my goal. Thank you for your time.
41.
42.
43. Your best friends here (and a few words about them):
44. - I have many dear friends who have helped me and shown me great kindness, and I would like to do the same for them, but I am afraid to show favouritism for fear of offending others. I don't care about others opinions on this and i still think the same way about my friends as i have too many of them i can't just state them all here right now.

47. Knowledge based:
48.
49. When you're a police Chief, you would be confronted to many situations(cop aiding criminals, police trolling, etc.), develop all the ones that come to you and explain what will be your reaction:
50.
51. Aiding criminals: I don't really have to explain everything in details as in these situations everything is so simple, that you just have to collect enough proof of certain police officer aiding criminals like when they help them to escape using their vehicle while on duty, i believe is sack'able and depending on severity, it could be 1 to 2 hour(s) if i'm not mistaken.
52.
53. Criminals trolling Van Heist: I wanted to mention this one because often people misunderstand and say that a chief should/could use his ability to recover vehicles and 'save' the VH event by doing that. Yet, i would call staff to deal with those trollers as i believe that's not my job to deal with trollers, unless it's a cop who constantly keeps on hitting you with his nightstick, or when they're ramming you with their police car. (With enough proof in my hand i would maybe sack for an hour depending on the situation)
54.
55. Chat Misuse: Back then it wasn't punishable but yeah, nowadays spamming might get you sacked for an hour. In case of extreme spam, after advising with a higher level Chiefs i'd probably sack for an hour to avoid further spam. Again, as a PTY i would always ask head police chiefs for advises, because not only the guidelines teach you but also the game
56. itself, sometimes you can't just rely on a guideline and do what you have to, again, depending on the situation.
57.
58. Barrier Abuse: I'd kindly ask him/them to stop abusing barrier(s) and 'spectate' them later on to see if they will keep on doing the same thing again. I would take several screenshots/record a video just in case i have to prove something later on.
59.
60. Misconduct: Well, maybe this is one of the few cases where i think it wouldn't be abuse to recover a car that is standing in the middle of the road. I'd still aim at the car first to see the owners name and explain him how does it work and that it's not allowed to park your car like this.
61.
62.
63.
64. Maybe i did not list few of them, some go into the 'Trolling' category, some talk for themselves and just basic common sense should be enough to deal with those. Also because Psychological questions include some of them in there.. so yeah.

68. List your favorite job(s):
69. -I enjoy working as a fisherman. Whenever I feel like there's nothing to do I just spend a good time working as one and chilling.
70. You are constantly being grief-ed by a police officer, what would you do and why?: I'd kindly ask him to stop and later on call staff so they can deal with him.
71. You spot a misconducting police officer who is employed, what would you do and why?: I'd ask him to hide his vehicle and further think of his new parking spot before doing anything similar again.
72. What is a reasonable revenge if someone happened to be flaming you and why?: There's no reason to revenge insult someone, you simply take proof and report them if you want to, though i'd still try to help that guy so he doesn't flame others at least.
73. Which are your best skills and weaknesses? (and explain):
74. -Let's talk about skills first. I consider myself being a great driver, pilot of any aircraft, RolePlayer and I'm also good at combat (been to LV a lot). I practice everyday and trying to improve myself at these aspects.
75.
76. As for weaknesses, I'm not that good at paradropping and chasing criminals. I often fail but I'm not going to give up and I'll surely aim to be better than I already am.
77.
78.
79. Agreements:
80.
81. I am and will follow all the global CIT rules as well as never being punished again: Correct.
82. I will never use /gochief when I have wanted level: Never.
83. I am and will always work for the law in criminal events: Yes i am and yes i will.
84. I wouldn't ignore a player asking for help: Again, never.
85. I would abuse my chief rights with ignorance: Nope.
86. I have read all the rules and guidelines about being a Chief and fully understood them: Yes i did and yes i do.
87. I agree with getting banned in case I fail to comply: I agree.
88. I have written the application with my own words, and using common sense. If I am cheating, I accept a permanent blockage to be a Police Chief:I agree.
