  4. [15:11] GMFawkes Given a few hours of shore leave, the crew hit the casino, while Kettch watched the ship.

  6. [15:12] GMFawkes Saper experimented with the roulette wheel, to notgreat success, and walked away just as he came.
  7. [15:13] GMFawkes Moosh nearly cheated his way to fortune, but his 'luck' ran out at the 'High Rollers' table, where Mr. Flash saw through his tricks.
  8. [15:13] GMFawkes Sun Wei got taken for everything he had at the pai gow table, charmed by a pretty waitress named Honey.
  9. [15:14] GMFawkes STAR put on a show, taking over for robot-face minstrel 'R2-DJ2', but security put a stop to the show.
  10. [15:14] GMFawkes Meanwhile, the captain spent some quality time with the client, hospitality manager Trixie Flash.
  11. [15:15] GMFawkes As the crew prepared to leave Stakes, a stranger came wandering into their midst... .with a job.
  12. [15:15] GMFawkes EPISODE 3: ONE MAN'S TRASH
  13. [15:15] GMFawkes The ursemenite looks over the crew. "I've got a job for you."
  14. [15:16] SaperDoroc raises an eyebrow. "Really now."
  15. [15:17] S_T_A_R is polishing his gloves.
  16. [15:18] GMFawkes Captain Acker sizes the stranger up. Rather small, as urseminites tend to be. "Contact the Class D office on Arsubar. They give us our assignments."
  17. [15:19] GMFawkes The urseminite smiles slightly. "Come on. I've worked with Bulldogs before. You guys are always hurtin' for work. And my job won't take any time at all. You can take care of it in an hour and be on to your next gig. I don't care if you even call it in."
  18. [15:20] GMFawkes Acker mulls this over. "What's the cargo?"
  19. [15:20] S_T_A_R "THAT SOUNDS EFFICIENT! HOW MUCH DOES IT PAY?"
  20. [15:21] GMFawkes The urseminite grins adn spreads his arms out. "You're lookin' at the cargo! And I'm ready to pay /handsomely."
  21. [15:22] GMFawkes Acker shakes his head. "We're not a damn taxi service. Find another way off-planet."
  22. [15:22] DoctorSunWei stares at the urseminite with fear and caution
  23. [15:23] GMFawkes The urseminite pulls a shiny card from his pocket. It looks similar to the cards Trixie gave you for the casino VIP tour, but instead of bronze, it's shiny and chrome.
  24. [15:23] GMFawkes "Let me see if I can't change your mind. See this? Lucky's platinum card. This baby's good for credit anywhere in the galaxy. And it's /loaded/."
  25. [15:24] Lt_Kettch This seems like the perfectly ordinary course of business to Kettch. Moosh has taught him as much.
  26. [15:24] SaperDoroc "People don't usually want to get off planets like this; what's the catch?"
  27. [15:24] GMFawkes Acker eyes the urseminite suspiciously. "That's a lot of scratch for a short trip."
  28. [15:25] GMFawkes The urseminite shrugs. "Well, I'd prefer to be flying out the way I came in, but... there was an incident at the tables. Got a little too cocky, put my ship up whenI shouldn't have. You know what that's like, right?" He flashes a grin at Sun Wei.
  29. [15:26] DoctorSunWei looks at Saper and slowly nods. He doesn't trust this
  30. [15:26] S_T_A_R "ARE PEOPLE GOING TO BE SHOOTING AT US?" STAR rubs his chin thoughtfully. The robot seems... excited?
  31. [15:26] DoctorSunWei snaps back to the Urseminite
  32. [15:27] GMFawkes "And don't get too excited, I'm not givin' ya the whole card. I need it to get my ship back. See, the guy who won it said he was gonna sell it for scrap at Squishy's. And I can't let thathappen. That ship's been too good to me. Got sentimental value an' all that."
  33. [15:29] GMFawkes "So I need to get to Squishy's /fast/, before the slimeball scraps the old girl. I figured you lot would be the fastest way there. You gotta be in a hurry to get off-planet after the robot's little stunt at Lucky's."
  34. [15:30] DoctorSunWei "Sir, I've got a bad feeling about this"
  35. [15:30] S_T_A_R "I'M SURE THAT'LL ALL BLOW OVER IN NO TIME!!!"
  36. [15:30] GMFawkes Acker mulls itover. "So... we take you to Squishy's, and in return, we get...?"
  37. [15:30] GMFawkes "Everything that's left on the card after I buy ol' Bessie back."
  38. [15:31] GMFawkes Acker glances at each of the crew members, gauging your reactions.
  39. [15:32] DoctorSunWei "I think this is a bad idea, sir. And I'm saying that with empty credits"
  40. [15:32] GMFawkes "Noted."
  41. [15:34] SaperDoroc looks skeptical still; "I suppose that would allow us to sell the scrap-craft parts sooner. Maybe get things to furnish a workshop as well."
  42. [15:34] Moosh "The payment /is/ handsome," Moosh said, eyeing the shininess of the card.
  43. [15:35] DoctorSunWei "And it seems unprofessional to just take this job without going through Class D. I mean. Um. We are professionals, right?"
  44. [15:36] Lt_Kettch just shrugs. It seems like an ordinary job to him.
  45. [15:36] GMFawkes Acker nods. "You're right, Sun. We're goddamn professionals. I'll call it in. We'll do it by the book or not at all."
  46. [15:37] GMFawkes The urseminite shrugs. "Suit yourself. Doesn't matter to me if I'm paying you guys or the corp."
  47. [15:37] GMFawkes Acker excuses himself to his room to contact command.
  48. [15:37] S_T_A_R 's face is hard to read.
  49. [15:38] S_T_A_R Because he doesn't have a face. Just multicolored lights that flicker in a pattern of squares.
  50. [15:38] GMFawkes The urseminite smiles at the rest of you. "Thought you guys would be more excited about this. No matter, if anyone loves easy money, it's corps."
  51. [15:39] DoctorSunWei shudders at the smile
  52. [15:39] SaperDoroc looks at the ursemite again, "So why'd you bet your ride if you've got a card like that?"
  53. [15:39] DoctorSunWei might be a simple country doctor, but even he's heard about urseminites
  54. [15:39] S_T_A_R "I REALLY DO ENJOY EASY MONEY! WHY CAN'T WE JUST CARRY THIS GUY WITH???"
  55. [15:40] Moosh "But doesn't that mean we get less?" Moosh says, looking at Sun.
  56. [15:40] GMFawkes "Didn't have the card yet. You know how it is, you lose some, you win some."
  57. [15:40] SaperDoroc "Hmmm. Fair enough."
  58. [15:42] [INFO] There is nothing to tab-complete. Use F6 to cycle through the user list, input box and the chat output.
  59. [15:42] GMFawkes Acker comes back out of his room. "They're still making final preparations for our next job. I've been instructed to take you on... after verifying that the card is real."
  60. [15:42] DoctorSunWei "We have no idea if this is legi- oh. Okay"
  61. [15:43] GMFawkes The urseminite smiles. "Of course! Here, who's your expert?"
  62. [15:44] Moosh "Ah, um, me."
  63. [15:44] GMFawkes "Here. Scan it." He hands out the card.
  64. [15:45] Moosh squelches over and reaches out a pseudopod for the card (not seeming to want to get too close), then takes it over to a computer console to swipe it.
  65. [15:45] GMFawkes The urseminite watches to make sure he gets the card back afterward.
  66. [15:49] GMFawkes Moosh has some difficulty figuring out exactly how to scan the card, and swipes it the wrong way several times. Saper comes over and flips it around the right way. The card scans as legit, and it's full of credit. More than enough to buy a ship.

  72. [15:52] GMFawkes There's some encryption on the card, probably put in place by the casino to keep people from illegitimately altering the credit amount. The card's usage history and accxount info are hidden behind the encryption.
  73. [15:54] GMFawkes Acker watches the duo. "Well? Is the card legit?"
  74. [15:54] Moosh "It looks okay. It's got money."

  76. [15:54] GMFawkes "Enough?"
  77. [15:54] Moosh "More than enough!"
  78. [15:54] GMFawkes "Then we're in business."
  79. [15:55] GMFawkes The urseminite grins. "Excellent! My card, please?"
  80. [15:55] SaperDoroc "Let's not go that far yet Moosh, fuzzy here still needs to buy his ship back first."
  81. [15:56] DoctorSunWei folds his arms
  82. [15:56] SaperDoroc turns to the ursemite, "Now that you're a proper customer then, what shall we call you by?"
  83. [15:56] Moosh "Oh, um, yes. Right." Moosh passes the card back. It's a bit sticky now.
  84. [15:56] GMFawkes "The name's Rowd." He wipes the card off on his jacket. "Pleased to meetcha."
  85. [15:56] SaperDoroc "Alright, Rowd it is."
  86. [15:57] S_T_A_R "WELL, ROWD... HOPEFULLY BY THE END OF THIS JOURNEY, YOU'LL BE 'ROWD' BY HOW GREAT WE ARE!!! HAHAHA!!!" STAR wheels away.
  87. [15:57] SaperDoroc heads off to Engineering to get the reactor ready.
  88. [15:57] GMFawkes "Rowd raises a fuzzy eyebrow at STAR. "Uh, yeah, sure thing, champ."
  89. [15:58] GMFawkes Acker turns to Kettch. "Set a course for Squishy's Scrapyard. Let's get a move on."
  90. [15:58] DoctorSunWei goes to help Saper
  91. [15:58] GMFawkes *Rowd* "As quickly as possible, please."
  92. [15:59] GMFawkes Rowd takes a seat at the common room table, and attempts to put his tiny feet on the table, but they don't quite reach. "Damn human crafts, everythin's too big."
  93. [16:00] GMFawkes He turns to Kettch. "This must be a nightmare for you, flyin' this heap."
  94. [16:00] Moosh slithers into the cockpit and radios air traffic control to organise their departure.
  95. [16:01] GMFawkes [Stakes air traffic to Bulldog TR-221b EKLR7562θ - we have reports of a rogue robot sighted in that hanger, is it aboard your craft?]
  96. [16:01] Lt_Kettch reaches into a pocket and pulls out his extendible prosthetic claws
  97. [16:02] Lt_Kettch "It's not too bad."
  98. [16:02] Moosh [No? We know who all the robots here are.]
  99. [16:03] SaperDoroc begins boosting the reactor's output and sending the energy to the engines.
  100. [16:03] GMFawkes Rowd lets out a hearty laugh. "Well, ya make do with what ya got, I guess. What th' heck are ya, anyway, if ya don't mind me askin'? Thought ya were one of us at first, but you're somethin' different, ain'tcha?"
  101. [16:03] GMFawkes [Roger, TR-221b EKLR7562θ. We'll keep looking. You have clearance for takeoff.]
  102. [16:04] Lt_Kettch "Oh, you know, genetic experimentation. I don't really have a 'species' per se."
  103. [16:06] GMFawkes "Experimentation? No drek? I've done some genetic experimentin' in my time, if ya catch my meanin', but I ain't seen anything like you before. You got any urse in ya?"
  104. [16:07] SaperDoroc "Same as last time Sunny; I only got 3 eyes, so I can't watch everything."
  105. [16:07] GMFawkes He snickers. "Okay, that sounded like a come-on. Don't get the wrong idea about that, you ain't exactly my type."
  106. [16:08] Lt_Kettch "It's okay, I don't have any of those parts anyway." Kettch sounds a little absentminded, because he's started the preflight checklist.
  107. [16:09] DoctorSunWei nods slowly and lends a hand. He's no engineer, but he'd often fix up his family's hovertractor when it broke down
  108. [16:10] GMFawkes "Wait, you ain't got- you ain't got ANY of those 'parts'? ....what the hell do ya do with your shore leave?"
  109. [16:12] Lt_Kettch "Catch up on my sleep, usually. After that, there's always interesting tourist sites on-planet."
  110. [16:12] Lt_Kettch The ship is taking off.
  111. [16:13] GMFawkes "Sounds boring as hell. What's the point in tourin' the galaxy if ya can't sample the 'local flavor'?" He points at Acker. "This guy know what I'm talking about. Makin' it with Lucky Flash's daughter, now that's some balls right there."
  112. [16:14] GMFawkes Acker gives a noncommittal shrug.
  113. [16:14] Lt_Kettch "To each their own, I guess."
  114. [16:15] GMFawkes Rowd leans back in the chair. "Ya don't know what you're missin', pal."
  115. [16:16] Lt_Kettch nods seriously. "And I probably never will."
  116. [16:16] SaperDoroc radios up to Kettch, [Reactor and engines are humming in sync; you should be able to... what's the phrase.... open the throttle all the way.]
  117. [16:16] Moosh "... Um, uh. What are you all talking about?"
  118. [16:17] Lt_Kettch presses the go faster button.
  119. [16:21] GMFawkes The ship makes the jump to Squishy's in what could possibly be record time - someone would have to check. It was definitely really fast, though.
  120. [16:23] GMFawkes Squishy's Scrapyard is located on a large asteroid out in deep orbit around the Arsubarian sun. The asteroid belt is wide enough that it's perfectly safe to fly through to Squishy's. Smaller asteroids do occassionally come near, but Squishy's laser defense system makes sure nothing big enough to cause any damage gets close.
  121. [16:24] GMFawkes Moosh and Kettch see Squishy's right up ahead on the monitors. You're there!
  122. [16:27] DoctorSunWei "Ever been to Squishy's, Saper?"
  123. [16:27] GMFawkes A hailcomes through the comms. [Welcome to Squishy's Scrapyard! If you've come to shop, land at Bay 1. If you're here to sell scrap, land at Bay 2. If you have private business with Squishy, land at Bay 3.]
  124. [16:28] S_T_A_R "I GUESS THAT MAKES US BAY 3!"
  125. [16:28] GMFawkes Rowd runs up to the bridge. "We're already there? Damn, you guys ARE fast! Knew I made the right call on you."
  126. [16:29] GMFawkes "No, Bay 2! If they're selling my ship, they'll have parked over there!"
  127. [16:30] SaperDoroc "Heard of it, never been there. I've heard one can find all sorts of useful parts for sale though."
  128. [16:31] SaperDoroc "Could you do us a favor while I step down the reactor and load up G0-T with the scrapped hovercar parts please?"
  129. [16:32] DoctorSunWei "Of course, Saper"
  130. [16:32] DoctorSunWei goes to load up G0-T
  131. [16:32] SaperDoroc "Thanks, maybe we can get something for a proper workshop while we're at it."
  132. [16:33] S_T_A_R "THAT'LL BE GREAT FOR KEEPING ME IN TIP TOP PERFORMANCE SHAPE!"
  133. [16:37] Lt_Kettch goes in for a landing at Bay 2, barring a counter-order from the captain.
  134. [16:38] GMFawkes Acker nods at Kettch. He's basically not even involved in this anymore.
  135. [16:41] GMFawkes The ship comes down smoothly in Bay 2. The bay is a pretty open hangar,with a few other ships parked around. A mid-size freighter takes up a good amount of space. Robots are unloding heavy cargo from the freighter.
  136. [16:42] GMFawkes Other smaller ships in various states of disrepair clutter the hangar. Rowd scans over the hanger through the cockpit view, and suddenly shouts, "That's my ship!". He points at a rather dingy looking fighter-sized craft parkednextto a shipcloseto your ship's size. A cluster of people are standing outside it.
  137. [16:43] GMFawkes "I gotta get out there!" Rowd dashes toward the ramp to get off the ship.
  138. [16:43] S_T_A_R "WAIT FOR ME!" STAR wheels after him!
  139. [16:44] GMFawkes As Kettch finishes the landing, a ping comes from the comms. It's from Class D HQ.
  140. [16:44] Lt_Kettch "Well, that was without incident. I'll keep the engines hot for when STAR finishes."
  141. [16:45] DoctorSunWei "Should someone make sure he comes back with his card? For payment, I mean"
  142. [16:46] SaperDoroc radios up, [While STAR's hopefully making sure we still get paid, could you ask Squishy where we can sell the hovercraft scrap Moosh?]
  143. [16:46] GMFawkes Acker hears the ping. "Is that HQ? Damn it, I'll take it in my bunk. You lot go down there and make sure that urse doesn't screw this up."
  144. [16:46] DoctorSunWei "Yes, sir"
  145. [16:46] S_T_A_R will keep the customer safe!
  146. [16:47] Lt_Kettch "Yessir!"
  147. [16:47] Moosh calls up for information on where in the facility to sell hovercraft scrap.
  148. [16:47] Lt_Kettch sets the landing checklist to 'autocomplete', grabs his gear, and heads out.
  149. [16:49] GMFawkes Rowd heads down the ramp and runs toward the ship. A Tetsuashan wearing what appears to be a dealer visor extends out a tendril to shake the hand of a human man dressed in a flight jacket. Three men in matching jackets stand nearby.
  150. [16:50] GMFawkes Moosh is told by the reception desk that he's in the right place. Unload the scrap and a representative will be right with you.
  151. [16:51] GMFawkes Rowd runs along the hanger. "THAT'S MY SHIP YOU ASSCLOWN"
  152. [16:52] GMFawkes The group by the fighter turns. The man in the jacket sighs. "Oh, this guy again. I won your piece of drek ship fair-and-square, asshole!"
  153. [16:52] GMFawkes Rowd huffs and puffs. "Well I want it BACK!"
  154. [16:53] GMFawkes "I already sold it! Squishy's gonna break your junker down for scrap, and there's nothing you can do about it!"
  155. [16:53] GMFawkes The Tetsuashan just sort of looks back and forth at them.
  156. [16:54] Moosh tells Sun and GO-T to take the scrap out and wait for a representative. Then Moosh slithers off in the vague direction of Rowd's ship before vanishing behind another freighter. There's gotta be a lot of interesting stuff to take in a scrapyard...
  157. [16:54] SaperDoroc finishes up with the reactor and heads out the ramp with G0-T in tow.
  158. [16:54] GMFawkes "Oh yeah, well then I'll just have to buy it back from HIM!" Rowd flashes the platinum card and grins.
  159. [16:55] Lt_Kettch raises his hand. "Umm, I think that's our money?"
  160. [16:55] GMFawkes The Tetsuashan's eye widens for just a moment. "I think we can reach an arrangement."
  161. [16:56] GMFawkes The man in the flight jacket sputters. "Wait, is that... hey, deal's off, Squishy, I'm selling it back."
  162. [16:57] GMFawkes Squishy's one eyelid narrows. "All sales are final. We shook hands."
  163. [16:57] GMFawkes "That's not a hand and you know it!"
  164. [16:58] Lt_Kettch "Umm...'scuse me?"
  165. [16:59] GMFawkes The man in the flight jacker looks at Kettch. "Who the frell are you?"
  166. [17:01] SaperDoroc looks over at Sunny.
  167. [17:01] SaperDoroc "You want to stay with G0-T, or do you want to try and help smooth things over with the customer?"
  168. [17:02] Lt_Kettch "I'm the pilot who brought Rowd here. I was thinking maybe I should get our payment before you guys get too far into negotiations?"
  169. [17:02] GMFawkes The man grunts. "I don't give a flying frell about your payment."
  170. [17:03] GMFawkes Rowd turns to Kettch and mutters quietly. "Deal was, you guys get the remainder. Help me get a good deal, more left over for you."
  171. [17:04] DoctorSunWei "I'm going to stay with G0-T. That looks like trouble"
  172. [17:04] GMFawkes Meanwhile, as Moosh wanders over by oneof the unloading ships, one of the crew calls out to him. "Hey, you work here?"
  173. [17:05] Moosh "Yes!" Moosh is here, and he is involved in work. That counts, right?
  174. [17:07] GMFawkes "Okay, great. We've got this debris we found leftover from some sort of starship fight. There's a lot of random scrap, but we found an intact gun floating around, still attached to a wing. That outta fetch a good price, yeah?"
  175. [17:07] SaperDoroc "Alright; if they come to buy the scrap in the mean time, see if you can hold them until I get back."
  176. [17:08] SaperDoroc begins lumbering over to the ongoing fracas.
  177. [17:10] Moosh "Hmm, let me take a look."
  178. [17:10] GMFawkes Kettch notices that while Rowd's ship has clearly been heavily modded, with a variety of parts, the patchwork was shoddy at best. It looks like a lot of the parts would have to be forcibly removed, possibly damaging them or the rest of the ship.
  179. [17:15] Lt_Kettch "Umm, I don't want to interrupt again, but wow, isn't that a Soren sublight engine attached to a Kuati Driveyards bracket? Your mechanics must be really fantastic, Mr. Squishy - I only know one person who could separate those parts without permanently ruining them, and I've been around a lot of ships!"
  180. [17:16] SaperDoroc "That does sound like a somewhat tricky operation."
  181. [17:17] GMFawkes Squishy look back at the engines, then back at Kettch and Saper. "Our mechanics are plenty competent. Anything we can't salvage we'll melt down.
  182. [17:19] GMFawkes "But by the sounds of it, we may not be salvaging anything. Or did I misunderstand your offer?" He looks pointedly at Rowd.
  183. [17:19] GMFawkes Rowd grins. "Not at all. You sell me my ship back, I fly it outta here. Everyone leaves happy."
  184. [17:20] GMFawkes Squishy glances at the man in the flight jacket, who is currently pouting. "I've already spent good money on your ship, and I intend to recoup my investment, and then some. My time is valuable, and I won't have it wasted playing middleman."
  185. [17:23] Moosh examines the gun closely, trying to recall any kind of information about this weapon.
  186. [17:23] GMFawkes Moosh sets about examining the gun, and as he does so, the gun discharges! A laser rips its way across the hanger, striking a piece of cargo from another ship!
  187. [17:24] GMFawkes The crewman jumps back! "What the hell are you doing?"
  188. [17:24] Moosh starts! "Um. Oops."
  189. [17:24] GMFawkes At the sound of the laser fire, the man in the flight jacket and his friends pull out guns and go into alert mode, pointing them frantically around. "What the hell was that! Someone's shooting!"

  191. [17:25] Moosh "That's, um, yes. In perfect working order! Good to see!" Moosh drops it back into the scrap pile and tries to look innocent.

  193. [17:25] GMFawkes The captain of the vessel whos cargo got zapped stomps over to Moosh and the crewman. "What the frell do you think you're doing! You nearly killed us! And now our cargo's torched! What the frell's wrong with you?"
  194. [17:26] GMFawkes The crewman steps back. "Hey, it wasn't me! This guy was inspecting the gun, and it just went off!"

  200. [17:30] GMFawkes "One moment please." Squishy slithers off toward the commotion, leaving Rowd, Kettch, and the others by the ship. The four men still have their weapons drawn, but are starting to realize that no onewas shooting at them.

  202. [17:31] Moosh backs away as quickly as Moosh can on a slug's foot. This was not the result the shy tetsuashan was hoping for. ._.

  205. [17:33] GMFawkes The angry captain stomps after Moosh. "Where the hell are you going? You better be going to get Squishy, or we're gonna settle this with some gorram salt!"
  206. [17:34] Moosh "Yes! Yes of course I am! Just one moment!"
  207. [17:34] Lt_Kettch "I don't think that's a good idea...?"
  208. [17:35] GMFawkes Rowd smirks at jacket guy. "I dunno, sounds like you already sold it. I'm sure Squishy will give me a good deal on it..."
  209. [17:35] SaperDoroc "We would have no problem with that, provide Rowd comes up with something for payment for the flight here first."
  210. [17:35] GMFawkes Squishy slithers up between Moosh and the angry captain. "What's going on here?"

  212. [17:36] GMFawkes The captain points an angry finger at Moosh. "Your idiot employee blew up my gorram cargo, that's what's going on!"
  213. [17:36] GMFawkes Squishy glances at Moosh. "He doesn't work for me."

  215. [17:36] DoctorSunWei "Good thing we're keeping out of it, huh, G0-T"

  218. [17:36] GMFawkes Squishy looks back at Moosh. "That's a very good question."
  219. [17:39] GMFawkes On the other side of the hanger, the man in the jacket seethes. "Look, no money exchanged hands yet. Squishy doesn't own drek. You give me the card, we're squard. No slugs gettin' in the way."
  220. [17:41] GMFawkes Rowd puts a pawto his chin,making exaggerated 'thinking' motions. "But ifI just give you the card,then what will I pay these fine gentlemen?"
  221. [17:43] Moosh "Ah, um, yes. There may have been some slight miscommunication there. I don't work for Squishy myself, not at all. I am actually with TransGalaxy! Let's handle this issue professionally, through the formal TransGalaxy dispute resolution procedures."
  222. [17:43] GMFawkes The man in the jacket waves his hands, and by extension, his gun, around in exaperation. "I don't friggin' care! Buy 'em some scrap!" He's really waving that gun around.
  223. [17:44] GMFawkes The angry captain is dumbfounded. "Oh, so then TransGalaxy's gonna pay for my cargo?"
  224. [17:46] GMFawkes Squishy slides back from between the two of you. "Well, then, this seems like a private matter between the two of you, then. Put a claim in with TransGalaxy."
  225. [17:46] GMFawkes The captain is not calmed. "No way in hell I'm leaving here without credits in hand."
  226. [17:47] SaperDoroc *To the jacketed man while leaning slightly back* "You really should holster that gun before it goes off and causes another incident."
  227. [17:47] GMFawkes Squishy turns to Moosh. "Then I would suggest you pay the man for his cargo."
  228. [17:47] SaperDoroc "I don't think Squishy would like that judging by his comment about 'wasting time'."

  243. [17:56] GMFawkes STAR shouts, "A TRUE STAR ALWAYS RECOGNIZES THE PERFECT OPENING ACT!" and winds up a punch at the main jacketman. "STAR PUNCHHHHH"

  393. [21:51] GMFawkes The shot hits the Hacragorkan square in the gut. He doubles over in pain, but still stands. He is WINDED.
  394. [21:55] Moosh takes a shot to support the captain! But the blast zips straight past the doubled-over hacragorkan.

  396. [21:57] Lt_Kettch It hits and covers him with a crackly net!
  397. [21:57] GMFawkes The Hacragorkan takes a net to the faceand is STUNNED!
  398. [21:59] GMFawkes Jacket squirms in the robot bear hug. "So, hey. Here's the deal.You let me go, I scoop up my friends, and we just walk away. Card's yours. Bear keeps the ship. Okay?"

  411. [22:12] Lt_Kettch "I wonder what Squishy's going to think of this?"
  412. [22:12] Moosh heads back into the ship, before Squishy comes back.
  413. [22:13] GMFawkes As the two concede, Rowd's ship disappears into the atmosphere.
  414. [22:14] GMFawkes Squishy slithers back in, flanked by about a dozen armed Tesuashans. One of them shouts "Everyone put down your weapons!"

  416. [22:15] GMFawkes Captain Acker lets his gun roll down, holding it up by the trigger guard.

  419. [22:17] GMFawkes Squishy slides in front of his security and surveys the damage. "Which one of you is going to pay me for the damage you've caused?"
  420. [22:19] GMFawkes He glances over at the empty space where Rowd's ship used to be.
  421. [22:19] GMFawkes "And where is the platinum card?"
  422. [22:21] SaperDoroc "I suppose the Hacragorkin can, if you don't mind them sticking around for awhile. Especially since that nice, new ship there looks larger than that ursemite's flying solder pile."
  423. [22:22] GMFawkes The Hacragorkan groans. "First you take my money, now my ship?"
  424. [22:23] Lt_Kettch "You probably shouldn't have led with the shooting."
