  1. Brandon sat in the waiting room, where a cheetah-spotted chakat receptionist had already checked him in and gone over his vitals. Shi had explained that the Professor had gotten a little backed up in hir research and that it would be a little bit. Brandon pulled out his Unicomm checking to see if there was any voice or video mail or text messages to let him know that his parents still cared. Brandon finally looked up when a cough was heard.
  2.
  3. "Mister...or do you prefer Miss Devyn; I presume?"
  4.
  5. Brandon had no choice but to blush at that. It seems his—her—secret was out. It also seems that the Professor was quick and quiet despite being a chakat. Shi was also the type that got straight to the point. Getting up he shook hir hand paw, looking hir straight in the eye,
  6.
  7. "I suppose 'Miss Devyn' is fine now, all things considered. It seems I shouldn't keep secrets around chakats."
  8.
  9. The tiger-shaped chakat nodded and still held the human's hand. Shi smiled this time, though Brandon wasn't sure of the meaning behind this smile. Without warning, he was pulled down the hall by hir and guided towards a chair as Oceanwalker walked behind the steel desk. The chakat folded hir hand paws and rested hir head on them.
  10.
  11. "I must admit, I don't see humans every day. Not that they aren't welcome. Or don't come to me, but I just don't see them. I must inquire, and no puns please, as to why you came to me, Miss Devyn. Surely there were surgeons that could help you on Terra."
  12.
  13. Brandon squirmed and knew that there was no sense in hiding from the Professor. He tried to calm his nerves as he handed the papers with the diagnoses of gender and species dysphoria. The Professor briefly looked over them, then back at Brandon.
  14.
  15. “I know you helped one young woman, who also used to be male. Though, obviously the circumstances were different. I was hoping that wasn’t a onetime fluke. I know my issue isn’t life threatening or anything, but it is important to me. To live as I should. I wouldn’t have spent my entire lifesaving and kept my inheritance a secret from my parent to come here and ask for your help, Professor Oceanwalker.”
  16.
  17. “I see. Yes, you’re right. I did. I also opened my procedure to those who are in your shoes…”
  18.
  19. Brandon looked—for the first time in a long time—happy. The human got up, walked behind the desk and hugged hir. A deep purr left hir chest as shi hugged him back, patting between his shoulders. Soon the two parted.
  20.
  21. “...okay, so either today or tomorrow I and Doctor...” Shi was muffled, needing to recompose hirself.
  22.
  23. “I’m sorry, but Doctor? Doctor Who?”
  24.
  25. “...oh? Sorry, I must have trailed off. Doctor Foreman. We will help you into the bio-data after you configure your new look.”
  26.
  27. He nods and smiled.
  28.
  29. “Today would be fine, Professor. Unless you’re busy?”
  30.
  31. The Professor nodded and buzzed. In walked a normal looking, male jaguar morph. Oceanwalker stood up from hir pad and walked over to Foreman. He nodded a few times and smiled, reassurance smattered all over his face as he takes a few notes on a PADD then turns towards the door.
  32.
  33. “Ian will lead you to the computer so that you can configure the body you’d prefer. I will be along shortly to help you into the biodata. I promise all will be well.”
  34.
  35. “Great. I already paid your receptionist and made a sizeable donation to the university as well.”
  36.
  37. “That’s fine, Bran..dy. But do you have any plans for after? Will you go back to Terra? Stay here? Do you have a job? A place to stay?”
  38.
  39. The human nodded and as he was following Ian out, he turned one last time before meeting up at the biodata.
  40.
  41. “Job? No, not yet. I was hoping to teach or get back into journalism. I was a digital journalist back on Terra. Place to stay? I have a hotel room at the moment; I’m looking at homes because I planned on staying and immigrating to Chakona. After this? Find a place to live, a job and make new friends. All of my old friends think I’m nuts for doing this.”
  42.
  43. With that Brandon followed Ian down the hall towards the computer area.
  44.
  45. ###
  46.
  47.
  48. Oceanwalker checked the instruments at the transporter that Brandon had been put into, making sure the mind matrix was working properly. Shi then checked that the circular vat of icky-looking goo was stable and would not be a problem. With that, shi nodded as he waited patiently inside the device.
  49.
  50. “Alright, Brandon…in…3…2…1…GERONIMO!”
  51.
  52. With a flip of the switch and a password in the computer, Brandon’s body started to melt as the goo took him over. He last words were, before his consciousness dissolved into the goo was "it's like a dream that's finally real..." Once the process started, it couldn't be stopped. Internal organs started to dissolve as Brandon Devyn ceased to exist.
  53.
  54. Now the bio data started to form into a body. This body started to reform starting at his—her— feet and grew upwards like moss on a tree with thick, plush grey fur. Large lapine feet grew from her body, capable of walking like a human only with a little bounce in their steps. Nice looking calves up to her thighs.
  55.
  56. Her ass and thighs inflated, her hips widened. Brandy’s ass went from a masculine ass to a very large ass. When measured, the new lapine would have a 45 inch. She had the soft, sleek and inviting curves of a pinup model but still retained some athleticism of a light runner or volleyball player, especially in her lower body.
  57.
  58. The changes were rapidly finishing up his transition into a woman and rabbit as her mind woke up inside the new body. Her breasts formed for the first time as her teeth pushed out and her ears formed. Her hair, light blonde in color, cascaded down in a curls. It mimicked the Brazillian weave in style. Finally, she blinked as the machinery moved away. Professor Oceanwalker stood there, in another room, and looked over some paperwork. A mirror was soon pushed in for the woman to look in.
  59.
  60. “How do you feel, Brandy?”
  61.
  62. The Professor’s voice came from an intercom in an adjacent room. Looking into the mirror, Brandy was happy. She left out a sigh of relief, happy to be female and alive. The girl's face in the mirror was pretty Her nose was small on her short muzzle but fit her face and her cheekbones were high. She stared back at he from the mirror with green eyes that showed a mischievous nature.
  63.
  64. “How do I feel? I feel fantastic. Absolutely fantastic.”
  65.
  66. Brandy was wearing a white dress that clung to her curves. She sat down, eating some potato chips, and waiting for someone to say something. Coughing a little bit, Brandy still couldn’t get over how big her butt was. The Professor came up behind her and gives a little cough causing the bunny to jump and turn around, her tail twitching in a ‘flight ready’ way.
  67.
  68. “That’s all well and good. Do you have any plans? Anything to do? Anyone to meet?”
  69.
  70. “No, but I’m reminded of an old Terran saying, Professor. A phrase of great power and wisdom and consolation to the soul in times of need….”
  71.
  72. “Oh? and what is that?”
  73.
  74. “Allons-y!”
  75.
  76. And with that, grabbing her coat and multicolored scarf for it was winter on Chakona, the rabbit left leaving the tiger-striped chakat shaking hir head and smiling. She was ready to start her true vacation as her true self.
