IST Sirloin Puzzle

Goal: Bring rock sirloin to Inverted Stone Tower.

Restrictions: None.  Feel free to attempt this on whatever version you want with whatever glitches you want.  Basic emulation functions such as frame advance, save states and memory watch may be useful.  That said, any solution should be RTA-feasible, which means no TAS-only tricks and of course no memory manipulation or other forms of cheating.
