40. After 15 years inside in Liberty City, Tommy Vercetti sets off to Vice City, a city tearing itself apart from city corruption, to make a deal. When the deal goes bad, Tommy travels across the whole of Vice City meeting characters to get back the money that was rightfully his and takeover the town.
 41. After spending fifteen years in prison for a mafia bust in the 1970's, Tommy Vercetti has returned to work for Sonny Forelli, the mob boss that cost him his original jail sentence. He arrives in Vice City and is targeted for a setup that leads to the loss of Forelli's drug money, and Forelli demands that Tommy get him the money back. Vice City is a land of corrupt police, adulterous politicians, unrighteous religious leaders, and a bitter population controlled by murderous gangs and mafia lords. With everyone gunning for Tommy, his only chance for survival is to fight back. Armed with an attorney and a group of allies, Tommy sets out to defeat Vice City through real estate, gang wars, and anti-mafia mayhem.
 42. Only one word can describe this game "Wow" I mean, when you're playing this game, you'll be thinking that word over and over.

Gameplay: Anypne who's played a GTA game will remember this formula, GTA is a freeform game, so that means you can do anything you want, then do the story missions later, this gives the game some serious value and fun, twisted sort of fun. 10/10

Graphics: Nice visuals, and good character and local design. 10/10

Sound: This is where Vice City shines, not only does the main character speak in this one, this game features just about one of the best soundtracks ever featured in a game, with authentic 80's tunes like Billy Jean, you'll fall in love with the songs you never wanted to hear again. 10/10

Replayable?: Yep

Overall: 10/10 (A must buy!!!)
 43. Its about a guy who as been to jail for 10 years and comes back to vice city and the whole town hates him. So he goes to his layer and they found out that somebody stole their caine. So while your doing all this stuff in the game you get to listen to the radio and its all from 1986 or in the 80's its so fun to listen to it because while your playing you remember listen to it when you where younger like the rock radio has bands like anthrax, slayer, motley crue, megadeth, alctrazz, and lots more and you go in to a night club and you see the people and you think i remember the haircuts people had. I like the game because i felt like i relived the 80's. And the cool thing about playing it is that you can do anything in the game you can kill people take any car you want it is the best game ever.
