Okay, so, first of all, I have to say the structure of the story is very disorganized and unclear. This is something you will have to work on in the future.
Also, I want you to realize you're applying for a City Gangrel here, they tend to have a very short lifespan compared to other Cainites. Being 300 years old is very unlikely, especially as a front line knight.

The reason behind the embrace is fair enough, however, there are still missing details in the story.

• You said Ulrich hold grudges against Victor due to the fact he killed his parents, why would he wait [size=3][b]80[/b][/size] years for him to leave the kingdom? During that time he surely had many opportunities to take him down in a moment of weakness.

• You said Victor was a Sabbat member, your story never included interactions with the Sabbat. On top of that, according to the answers given above, your character is a Masquerade lover, an upstanding Camarilla Hound. I can't see that in the story as well, nor the drive to become one.
