# Why do you want to become staff?:
#### I want to be staff because I feel like I would be a great addition to the team on MineRage. MineRage looks like an amazing server from what I’ve seen so far. I feel like I would do an amazing job as a staff member because of the past couple years of my life. I’m mature, professional, and most importantly, qualified for the job as an administrator. The current staff members are very professional and it’s what I’ve always been looking for in a staff team.  As a staff member I can bring the same level of maturity and professionalism that comes with being staff.  With my experience I have learned to communicate with the community along with my fellow staff members. Whenever I am available I will do everything to the best of my ability to questions asked. Whether that’s disciplining or mentoring lower staff members or helping test bugs for upcoming additions to the server.  MineRage is exactly what I was looking for in a server. The server looks amazing but with my professionalism and activity it could be even better. I will treat every player with respect but I will never give special treatment to my friends or anyone else for that matter.  This rank requires someone disciplined and qualified to take on challenges brought to them as a staff member, and that’s me.
