“Got it.”

“Hey, what's the condition of the place? How much building work needs to be looked over? Don't want too much to do. It'd get in the way of hunting. Also on that note, will we be needing blacksmithing tools or will a forge be there already?” A man with piercing blue eyes asks calmly.

“Tristan, you'll be needing to bring yourself a wagon full of tools. Don't worry, you've got a large budget. We'll be providing much of the initial starting supplies.”

“Looks like the castle's got some nice places to grow food, what's currently growing there and are we going to need to have the Novices out there with scythes for the first few days?” A man with yellow straps around his left arm asks.

“Sadly yes, Colin, but the orchards still should be fine, however the fields will need some hard work from the boys.  You'll have enough time to get it ready for initial planting soon enough.”

“Ah, poor boys, I'll make sure to have something good cooked when they finish then.”

A man with hair slowly turning indigo pipes up, “How much magic do I need to actually teach them? Because I can't match the library here or at our mother house, Sir. And those tomes are a bit on the expensive side. Unless you're willing to have some of the initiates start making copies to send with us.”

“I get the hint, Tobias. Each of the mother houses will contribute some of their libraries, I can't say how quickly you'll get said books. Oh, and we'll need to figure out who sends what as well.”

Sir Jeremiah turns to a knight spinning a green coin between his fingers.

“I suppose you are the only one that hasn't spoken up yet. Your thoughts Lucas?”

“Hmm, I only have two questions. One, how are the novices and initiates going to be from for the most part, some of my younger siblings could do with a bit of the fresh mountain air. Heh, and second who's the big names we should be looking out for. I like to know who's got the manpower to throw at our walls.”

“On the Tobernia side, we've got good relations with most of the towns. We've personally saved the Mayor of this farming village and the Mining Colony over here owes us a small debt. We don't really have anyone in the Port City over here, so I guess you've got to build up your own stable of spies there.”

“Informants, not spies, Vincent does spies.”

“On the Alinia side, This town here owes it's existence to a former preceptors so you should be good there. The mining colony on this side of the border is run by a Lord Miner.”

“Do you mean Miner as in the job or is it a name.”

“He's a former miner. He had good relations with the dwarves there
