the Pullover sale supports a lower price on the Rifleman as well, so I wouldn't say that your suggestion is totally wrong. What I would do is try to find minis for the above sale, and then see if it's worth using the Rifleman sale for the Pullover or not.
there's a chance the Rifleman sale will fall in range between the other Pullover sales, so we won't have to use it here.

well, the Beams Exe clearly needs a drop based on the sales/sellers/previous-B/Os. That suggestion seems fine to me (or at least doesn't seem wrong at first glance).
