Birthday Flash Mob

Alexithymiaa: -Steph had intentionally NOT been in the cafeteria waiting for Felix when he would get here because she'd orchestrated an elaborate plan involving far more people than she probably should have bothered with this. She was hiding out around the corner and out of sight with spies located all around the busy cafeteria.-
Covet: Felix had pulled up and didn't see Steph outside near the cafeteria at all, then furrowed his brow as he found a place to park so that he could walk inside. Once in there, he scanned around and didn't see Steph at all, "Woman... you tell me to meet you here, then you aren't even here... what the hell...."
Alexithymiaa: -Feeling her phone vibrate in her hand to signal her that he'd just walked into the building, she pushed it down into her pocket and pressed her back against the brick wall, listening. // A petite blonde girl sitting at one of the cafeteria tables slowly stood up, dipping into a plie before stretching her leg out gracefully into the air. Spinning around, another small girl joined her, the two making dramatic and perfect ballet moves together in the middle of the cafeteria.-
Covet: Felix stopped when he saw the girls dancing and just kind of looked around to see if anyone else noticed them. "okay, now it's just what the fuck." He said more to himself under his breath as he watched the two girls doing their elegant spinny things.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph leaned over and gave Gabby a quick nudge, sending her band mate just around the corner with the acoustic guitar in her hands, beginning to strum. At the first note she hit, a handful of other scattered cafeteria students got up from their chairs, the style of dancing changing to more hip hop as they came together to form a unit.-
Covet: Felix now had his arms crossed as he saw the dancers change, and then saw Gabby with the guitar. Then it all started to make sense and he laughed, enjoying the show, while nodding his head, curious as to where the devious mastermind was at.
Alexithymiaa: -Gabby walked forward to get a little closer since it was just one guitar she was playing, more and more students joining into the dance as the seconds passed. When she heard her musical cue, she pushed off the brick wall and rounded the corner, joining into the dance amongst the now very large crowd of people because the cafeteria is barely ever crowded, but today it had been full. Should have been a dead give away. Slowly making her way through people while keeping time with their dancing, she started to sing along with the guitar the song she'd written for him months ago, but had never actually seen the light of day. "When it gets dark we're falling far tonight. Under the moonlight chasing fireflies." Covet: Felix smiled watching her, yeah all the other people were there, but he didn't care about them, because they didn't matter. Once the song was finished he chuckled and walked up to her, then gave her a kiss, before pulling back, "I'm working on it."
Alexithymiaa: -When they finished their song, the large crowd clapped and cheered. She jumped down from the table and stepped into him, returning the kiss and then proceeding to take deep heavy breaths to try to catch up to herself. "Oh yeah? Because I wrote this a while ago... it's a little dated. Pretty sure you beat me to it."-
Covet: "From before I proposed even?" Felix asked her, " Well shit, I'm glad I did that before my birthday." Felix said with a laugh, then looked around because there was still people around. "Oh... uh.. thank you to you all too. You did your things well." He said but it was half hearted, mostly because distraction.
Alexithymiaa: "Yes, before you proposed. I wrote this like... months ago. It was always supposed to be for you, but I wanted it to just be for you. No label stuff. So we actually recorded the original way I wrote it, and then Gabby and I broke it down acoustically for your little arrangement." She turned to look at the crowd still around who were gathering their things. "I had a LOT of help. The whole dance studio, the entire swim team, people from class.... Kristens in the back somewhere. She wanted to be a part of it, but she says she's not a very good dancer."-
Covet: "I'm surprised that Kristen showed up, with our last exchange" Felix said, "But this is going to be on the album though right? Because it'd be a shame for people not to hear how amazing that song is, and because it's about me. "
Alexithymiaa: "You guys getting snappy with each other is hardly grounds to be annoyed forever." She said, nudging him. "Nope, we only produced it a few weeks ago and the album was already locked in and printing. This is all for you. You have plenty of other songs written about you that have been released publically."-
Covet: "This is true. I'm glad, cause I really don't want there to be issues, since that's your band and well they were there first." He told her with a grin, then mock pouted. "FINE, I will accept it's extra specialness, so long as there is a legitimate copy of it, otherwis, you're going to be required to sing that to me every night before bed."
Alexithymiaa: "Yes, there is a legitimate copy of it and honestly it sounds better than this because we had the full band and we mixed my voice to be less pitchy." She leaned in to kiss his cheek, smiling widely. "But I will happily sing you to sleep whenever you want. I'm just glad that went according to plan. I was freaking out a little bit that the timing would be off and the whole thing would be ruined."-
Covet: "There's nothing wrong with your voice." Felix said, scoffing at her for even saying as much. "I imagine you've been working pretty hard at making sure it was going to go down perfectly. Though.. you know with all of this said and done... you're making it really hard for me to top this for your birthday."
Alexithymiaa: "Yes there is. You try singing and full out dancing at the same time. Not easy, I tell you. Not easy. We've all been practicing for weeks. And I had even less practice because I was sick." She reached out for his hand, giving it a little swing. "I don't care about my birthday. I care about yours."-
Covet: "Well I don't care about mine, I care about yours. So Ha!" Felix said pulling her along over to the couch and pulling her onto his lap. "You did awesome, even for having less practice. I couldn't tell at all."
Alexithymiaa: "Well then there's a whole lot of caring." She said, following him over to the couches and sitting down over his lap. "That's because I cut out half of my part of the routine. But as long as you liked it and you thought how incredibly obnoxious it was that I made you come down here when you didn't have to be was worth it, I'm happy."-
Covet: "Why did you cut out half of your routine? Now I will always wonder what it would have been like to see the whole thing." He said with a tsk, shaking his head. " It was incredibly obnoxious, because I was at home waiting for birthday suprise stuff there."
Alexithymiaa: "Because I didn't have that extra week to learn it. I didn't choreograph this little arrangement, one of the teachers at the studio did it for me. I never got a chance to learn it because I got sick." She snapped her teeth at him, leaning in closer. "Well surprise surprise, it wasnt waiting for you at home."-
Covet: "Oh, gotcha. That makes a lot more sense. And I know.. shocker I figured that out you know when you texted me and shit." Felix said being a brat, then gave her a kiss. "So.... was today stressful at all?" He said more suggestively than not.
Alexithymiaa: "Uhuh.... you didn't know shit, don't pretend like you saw this coming." She said with a grin, leaning into his kiss and raising her brows. "Actually yes, it was incredibly stressful. Is there a remedy you know of for that?"-
Covet: "I figured out you weren't waiting for me at home." Felix said indignantly, then smirked, "I could think of one thing in particular, and maybe a couple of others."
Alexithymiaa: "Mhmmm and are mom and Seb in the house?" She asked, tipping her head to the side.-
Covet: "If I say yes, is that going to change the outcome of where this is going?" Felix said tentatively, because he was already feet in the water and he wasn't going to get out now.
Alexithymiaa: "Yes, but not negatively. It just means that maybe we should go on an adventure in your Jeep somewhere. Like... a dark parking lot. Or the park. Or the beach..." She trailed off, moving her hand to toy with the hair stickign out of his beanie.-
Covet: "Oh well aren't you getting adventurous. I could be okay with a late night trip to the beach." Felix said, getting publicly acceptable handsy with her.
Alexithymiaa: "It's your birthday, isn't it?" She asked with a flirty smile, leaning in to kiss him and returning the wandering hands just a little. "I should probably get my stuff."-
Covet: "Yes it is, and yes you should." He told her but then kept holding her so she couldn't go anywhere, because makingo out on the couch.
Covet: [Sean and me when I'm putting him to bed. Him: You should leave now. Me: -goes to leave but can't because he won't let go- -.-]

Alexithymiaa: -She started to pull away, but then he didnt let go so she gave up on that pretty damn quick. Sliding off his lap, she pulled him down to her for the make out things. He'll get more birthday sex eventually.-
Covet: After a long moment of the make out things, he finally let up. "Okay, really you should go get your things. I'll get the jeep started and warming up and I'll be waiting out front over here, for real this time."
Alexithymiaa: "I promise I will actually be waiting for you this time." She leaned in to give him another kiss before standing up, adjusting her clothes. "Five minutes!" She said before breaking into a jog and taking off for the dance room.-
Covet: "Five minutes, I'm timing you." Felix told her as he got up and started for the door to get the jeep pulled around and such so they could go off on a birthday adventure.
