Battlefy Paid Entry Fee Event Instructions

How It Works:
Create a tournament and select the option to enable "entry fee"

Enter the amount you want your players to pay to enter the tournament. At registration, your players will pay this amount + an additional 10% on top of that for paypal and platform fees.

It is your responsibility to inform your players how the money will be distributed.

Your available pool to pay players and/or yourself does not include the platform fees that are applied to each transaction.

How do my players receive their winnings?
At tournament completion, email payments@battlefy.com the following information in order for your players to receive their earnings:

Paypal address for each winner: (Yes this means you must collect paypal addresses at tournament join) http://battlefy.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/655192-what-is-a-custom-field
How much each winner is to receive:
The email associated with the organization owner:

All payments will be processed as soon as possible
*Note you may take a part of the entry fee for yourself, in which case send us your information as well. There are no refunds for paid entry tournaments unless the tournament is cancelled.

What happens if I have to cancel the tournament?
If you must cancel the tournament, please email payments@battlefy.com with the following information:
