49. A world divided into progress and devastation. The link between the two sides - Offshore and Inland - is a rigorous and painstaking system called The Process. Everyone in Inland has a chance to go through The Process to live a better life in Offshore. But only 3% make it through.
 50. A thriller set in a world sharply divided between progress and devastation, where people are given the chance to make it to the "better side" but only 3% of the candidates succeed.
 51. You don't review a show based on one episode. Most first episodes (of any series) are the pilot, and they don't tell much about the history, plot, acting quality. I'm not trying to defend it because I'm Brazilian, I just don't think some people are fair on their judgement (one user in particular even said he only watched the first episode, and gave it ONE star). Please guys, don't do that, reviews like that are not useful at all. I can't remember me watching a first episode of any show and thinking "wow, the best show ever".

To be honest, I didn't like the two first episodes, but I gave the show a chance and it proved me wrong. It really gets entertaining as you watch. The actors and plot are great and the history is quite original (besides some elements from other shows). I watched the full season in 3 days or less.

Just give it a shot, but please watch more than one episode.
 52. So I love this show, I really feel it has a lot of underlined success principals in it. My only concern is, and I'm hoping Netflix doesn't decide to go this route...

I really don't want them to try to make "The Cause" out to be the good guys. If they do then I really think this whole show is another way that people are being programmed and conditioned to the whole Liberal Socialist way of thinking which is honestly a bunch of crap. I'm sorry, people are not all the same and should not all be treated as such. Those who are willing to work harder and create a better life for themselves deserve that better life. People need to stop crying about, "life not being fair" and that "some people have it better than others" BOO-HOO!!! Go out there and create a better life for yourself. I came from nothing, in my household grew up on welfare and both my parents have died. I didn't let that stop me our create and excuse to feel bad for myself or feel entitled that the government or anyone else should take care of me or give me handouts. I have worked and I am working to this day working even harder to make sure I create the best life for myself and my family. Not just myself and family, though, in my business we offer mentorship and leadership to help others achieve the same success. It's always available for those willing to work hard and I hope that's what Netflix gets across in the next season. I do not want to see The Cause made out to be good guys when they are only trying to take away from those who have made it because they feel it's unfair.
