- Hello,
- No, we understood and explained our warehouse remembers packing up your order on Monday so we did not expect you to have received delivery in one day. We ship out of NY and it could take three days or so for you to receive delivery but as you have not received delivery today we have contacted USPS and have initiated a tracer. We hope they get back to us tomorrow and we do not know what will happen on our end tomorrow as we are due to get hit again with another snow storm, sounds really messy but we believe we will make it in. If USPS has no notice for us on Friday we will ask the owner if we can just ship another set out and deal with USPS for financial reimbursement. A USPS rep picks up from us Monday through Friday and we send out between fifty to one hundred packages daily; the packages are not scanned here so we believe the package could have been misplaced at the main hub here in NY. Hopefully the tracer will make a rep look for the package and get it on its way. Possibly, it is on its way and is just delayed. Sorry for this situation and we will try to correct it as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience.

- We spoke to our warehouse and they remember packing the order yesterday as your order was the last order we received for this memory. We do not know why USPS has not updated the tracking information but assure you the package is on its way. If you do not receive delivery by end of day tomorrow please let us know and we will contact USPS.
