@HnD Staff I think we have to clear up the emoji thing. I don't know about you guys, but considering we have members and staff posting pictures, people picking and giving bananas, members adding unlimited amounts of reactions, uploading files allowed at level 20, Tatsu level up pictures, Satan posting reactions to words like banned/fuck yeah/etc, and many other interruptions in General chat, I don't see why members posting more than one emoji every few minutes is a big deal. There are some situations, like today, where General is bubbling and flowing, people are posting pet pictures, bananas are flying, and someone posts two emojis too close together and everything grinds to a halt and we spend an hour debating with the members about why that person deserved to get muted/kicked/whatever. I feel like either General chat should be cleaned up entirely, and only text and single emojis are allowed, enforced by clear rules in #rules and maybe a bot, and all the staff are brought up to speed, or we have to ease up on the moderation in general and allow it to be more free-flowing. I bring this up not because the mutes/kick are breaking my heart (they've been well-deserved in cases of arguing or trolling for the sake of it), but because it's very quickly and noticeably creating a divide between the staff and the members. I love the server, the staff, and the members, and I want to see the staff and members exist cohesively in order for the server to flourish. But something as simple as kicks and mutes for a few too many emojis being unclearly enforced by individual discretion is driving a wedge between members and staff. @UℕίℂØяＮ_ΜίＬҜ This is how I've been feeling as well. 3200 members here for the purpose of indulging in drugs and socializing aren't going to want to be herded into a perfectly orderly world, as nice as that would be. Us publicly stepping in for small things that could either be dealt with in private or just left alone entirely is very visibly grinding the flow to a halt and making members not even want to communicate with us or each other.

@HnD Staff     i have a proposal to make based upon the request of one of our lesser seen but ever present ever active members. Anyone who frequents real-talk, harm-reduction or lgbtq+ would recognize Drea (itsfatalbaby) They had reluctantly made a few suggestions a while back and this one seems to stand as the most problematic for the particular group that spends their time in the lower half of the server. They had asked if it would be better to have people use the dosebot cmds in bot-spam as it has large infopacks that choke out any conversation they are having, which is concerning considering this is the harm-reduction channel and theyre finding it difficult to reduce harm without fluid convo. Now, in bot-spam I imagine it would irritate the rest of the servers population so after speaking with Shadow I'd like to propose DoseBot have a specific channel in the harm-reduction category. Does anyone protest this idea? I feel Drea is important and beneficial in harm-reduction and they would be extremely grateful.
