Morrison pulled up a pane that revealed the current mission status of Reyes’ team. Returning to base. It had been an almost tediously easy raid on a small terrorist sect in northern Egypt. Still, every mission was critical, and-
	Awaiting debrief.
	The mission status changed; Reyes and his team had returned to the base. Morrison set down his cup of water and made his way to the landing bay.

	Jesse adjusted his hat as he stepped out of the darkened interior of the jet. He brought his hand up again to tip it as he noticed the figure standing just outside.
	“Commander.”
	Morrison rolled his eyes. “You know you don’t answer to me, McCree.”
	“Sure don’t.” He walked past, headed back towards the base.
	Genji simply side eyed Jack. The valkyrie suit-clad medic didn’t even spare him a glance. Given her expression, she was probably in need of more rest than the other three team members combined. Speaking of which…
	Morrison’s eyes adjusted to the darkness of the ship’s interior.
“Gabriel.”
Despite the general ruckus of the base, the man at the other end perked his head up.
	“How on Earth did you fall asleep on a sixty minute flight?”
	“What can I say? The thought of having to debrief these tykes was more than enough to get me to nod off.”
	“We both know you’re just going to mark the mission as ‘done’ without talking to them.”
	“All the more time for me to fit in a quick nap.”
	‘Reaper,’ as he was called, had joined Jack just out of the jet.
	“Guess there was no way I was getting away with you taking a headcount.”
	“We can’t afford to lose any members of Overwatch. Especially not someone like you.”
	Reaper shrugged. “Not sure how you lose a 90 kilo Latino man on a flight. You know Athena would raise a fuss if something wasn’t going according to plan.”
	“If you told her.”

	Angela, who had been standing to the side, finished diagnostics on Genji’s biotic enhancements.
	“How long until those two are done flirting?” The Blackwatch medic had already dismounted from the recolored black Valkyrie Suit.
	“I don’t know what you mean.”
	Angela’s fair, delicate face didn’t belie her amusement.
	The other medic’s dark, sturdy visage certainly expressed malcontent, however.
	“He does this every mission, ma’am. My advice would be not to worry about it.”
