  18. Repel here (https://gyazo.com/3edc7861b8ce80be4f81fe1def6a7e67) and don't take any extra steps if possible. Your repel should wear off right before the ladder.

  20. SAVE at the ladder once you go down it.

  22. Turn off your DS as fast as possible. Then at 1400 turn on your console at the 3rd beep and hold A

  24. Mash through the intro and hit A to Continue on the next 3rd and upcoming beep

  26. Turn frame 16 time up and down once you're in the game. Immediately run left after the 16th turn frame.

  28. Once the roamers activate, run immediately to and up the ladder.

  30. Once above the ladder you should have a decent amount of leeway with the location manip, as the NPCs on the upper floars do NOT move whatsoever.
