Step 1 : Go to NZXT support page and register.

Step 2 : Contact them and say "My X cooler is leaking and it damaged my other components. Also, rgb is not working."Shittalk eventually.

Step 3 : They will ask for proof of leaking and payment. You will need to send photo of another part of your PC that got damaged by cooler. Send motherboard pics of leaking,find on google. DON'T USE LEAKING PICS OF MSI 970 MOTHERBOARD SINCE IT'S KNOWN TO LEAK BY ITSELF.

Step 4 : They will probably ask to take a picture of entire cooler and leak. If so, Google and YouTube are your friend.

Step 5 : Wait for respond.

Step 6 : If accepted, they will ask for your address or to ship them your broken cooler.

Step 7 : Fake ship them

Step 8 : They will ship your new cooler
