Thad and this chick

iKamal: [i had to leave the other room cause im lagging and this room is still loading
Tsaaq: ((Aw yeah this room is big sorry.))
iKamal: Dori got off the bus in the parking lot of the mall. she smiled and hiked her purse over her shoulder. she made her way towards the doors and pulled her phone out texting someone. she made her way inside and tucked her phone into her pocket and smiled seeing wher eshe wanted to what stores they had.-
Tsaaq: Thaddeus went over to the register at Hot Topic and punched out. "Okay guys I'm going on my break. Try not to destroy anything." He called out to people working about the store. "Jeff is gonna be here in like five minutes. I have to go or Im gonna fuck up and get overtime again." He tugged on his lanyard with his name and began to walk out of the store, giving them a wave as he went to the center of the mall where the escalators joined. He pulled out his phone, sliding his thumb across the screen and not paying attention.
iKamal: Dori made her way to the map and jogged a little bit and as she did she ran smack into some tall guy. She stumbled back on her butt and grunted. "I'm sorry I didn't see you there." she got up picking her stuff up off the mall floor  and stuffing it back into her purse.
Tsaaq: ((Sorry I was eating))
iKamal: [yo are fine]
Tsaaq: He bumped into the girl and stumbled backward a moment before catching his footing. He stood up straight and put his phone away before going down on the floor to help. "How? I'm huge." He chuckled before shrugging. "Don't worry about it." He said.
iKamal: She smiled and shrugged."Wasn't really paying attention."she chuckled and took what he had in his hands putting it in her purse."Thank you for helping me pick my stuff up. Most people would of just told me watch where your going and walked away." she stood up straighting herself out and dusting herself off. she was pretty short compared to him. She had to lean back abit to look up at him and she smiled."wow you are huge."
Tsaaq: He let out a small awkward laugh as he went to stand, crossing his arms over his chest. "Oh yeah, no problem. It was the least I could do." He said then frowned. "Yeah... People can be dicks." Thad went quiet a moment before looking over to her. "Oh, yeah. I'm pretty tall. And before you ask, the weather sucks up here." He said before shrugging again.
iKamal: She laughed as he mentioned the weather. She held her hand up to him."I'm Dori. The weather isn't that great down here either." she laughed some. she pushed her purse up her shoulder as she held her hand out to him.-
Tsaaq: Thaddeus gave her a cautious smile. His eyes went down to her hand. He rose his tattooed hand and went to shake hers firmly before retracting it. Thad shook his head a moment, realizing he didn't say his name. "I'm Thaddeus. My friends call me Thad." He paused a moment. "They would if I had friends... I have roommates I guess. And my dogs. Anyways... Nice to meet you."
iKamal: She smiled and chuckled."huh that's a unique name. Well it's nice to meet you Thad. Any suggestions where to get some new jeans? or even things to decorate? I'm new around here and I signedu p for the off campus housing."  she  looked around the mall abit-
Tsaaq: "Yeah... My brother's name is Wyatt. So basically my sisters have the best names." He said. "Well, I work in the Game Stop and I'm the GM in the Hot Topic right over there." Thaddeus pointed. "We have some cool stuff for decorating-" He began to say before staring at her with his thick eyebrows raise. "You go to NWSU?"
iKamal: She looked to where he was pointing and then back up at him."Oh umm yeah. I just got into town not to long ago. A few days now. I have been jsut looking around town and stuff see what portland has to offer. I should probably get a job though to work around my schedule."
Tsaaq: Thad nodded his head at her as he adjusted his hat on his head. "You should get a job before classes start I'm sure that'll help them understand after summer and give you an okay schedule. I worked at Hot Topic at home and transferred here and then I bust my ass. Now I basically run the shop and I'm the manager. It's easy." He shrugged. He bit his lip ring while thinking. "So, you're gonna live in OCH?" He muttered.
iKamal: She nodded her head." That is a good idea I might pick up some applications while I am here. Oh umm yeah I wil lbe living there as soon as they assign my room. I'm pretty excited to see who my roommate is going to be. I'm not picky and get along with pretty much anyone."she smiled."umm this might a bit a bit forward but do you want to go get a milkshake with me? We can talk more and i'm really wanting one."
Tsaaq: "Yeah that's a good idea. There's plenty of work in Portland." He said, lowering his hands as he rubbed his tattooed arms up and down. "That's good. I wish I was like that when I firsts tarted school here..." He trailed off. He looked surprised by her offer. He looked around carefully then back over to her. "Uh." He paused. "You want to get a milkshake with me?" He asked softly in a whisper, as if it were a secret.
iKamal: She chuckled and looked around."Yeah with you. I'm really not talking to anyone else around here." she shrugged her shoulders."I'll pay if you don't have the money." she noticed how he was a little shy."come on it's jsut a milkshake I promise if you don't like it you can throw it away."
Tsaaq: He shook his head skeptically then smiled a moment. "Uh sure." He said before going to walk up towards the escalator with her. "Nah, I have money. Don't worry about it." Thad said. "So don't freak out or anything but I live in OCH too... I just didn't really know how to say it without seeming weird."
iKamal: She smiled going up the escalator with him."that's not weird. Hey at least I get to see a friendly face now."she chuckled some and once on the top she stepped off."and I won't feel so out of place because I already know someone." she shrugged looking at the positive side of things. she didn't find him weird at all to be honest."So what are your roommates like?"
Tsaaq: "Um. Well the guy who lived in my room moved out to his own place." He answered with an awkward look. Thad stuffed his hands into his jean pockets. "Everybody else is okay. Nobody is a dick or anything." He answered. "We have a lot of animals. Like I have two dogs. Charles and Erik. The people upstairs have a dog and a cat..." He trailed off as he thought. "Oh wait I guess that's it."
iKamal: She nodded her head."That's cool. My abuela has a bird. His name is mateo. Very old and grumpy. He talks to people too." she chuckles some as they got to the ice cream vendor. she pulled her wallet out."just a regualr chocolate shake please." she looked at Thad."what kind of shake are you getting?"
Tsaaq: Thaddeus listened to Dori and followed her off the escalator. "I don't know a lot about birds." He murmured. He went up to the kiosk with her and took out his wallet while eyeying the menu. "Need my glasses." He shook his head. "Uh, probably..." Thad sighed as he squinted his dark brown eyes. "Okay. Give me vanilla. Easy answer." He shrugged.
iKamal: She smiled and paid for her shake waiting for it. he looked up at him."You wear glasses. That's cool. I bet they make you look super smart. not saying that you don't look smart or anything. You look like a genius.."she was mentally kicking herself for that. she smiled and grabbed her shake."so what are you studying at NWSU?"
Tsaaq: He waved his tatted hand at her. "Stop." He laughed awkwardly. "I'm smart I guess. But being smart isn't always the best." He sighed. "Besides. I went to school for arts and stuff in high school." Thad trailed off then took his shake after paying. "I study theater stuff but I don't know. I might change my major." He said. "What about you?" He asked before going to take a small sip of his shake.
iKamal: She smiled and nodded her head."Oh well I a studying Graphic design. I want to be a web designer." she took another sip from her shake and her phone buzzed. she took her phone out of her pocket and slid it open."oh huh looks like I got my room assignment." she smiled."it's the room on the right downstairs."
Tsaaq: "Cool." He smiled. "Art is cool." Thad nodded his head, pulling out his own cellphone when he heard hers. He looked up and smiled a bit. "Oh yeah?" He replied and took a longer sip. "I live right across from you. Don't worry. I won't use your bathroom. I have my own private one." He chuckled.
iKamal: She chuckled and nodded."Well if you ever need to use my bathroom i'm ok with you using it. I wonder who my roommate is going to be."she shrugged some."I know the place is coed and all I wonder if they would have placed me with a dude.."she shrugged taking another sip of her shake. she  tucked her phone back into her pocket.
Tsaaq: Thaddeus shook his head. "Well uh, as far as I know. They would put you room in with a guy but only if they absolutely like had to." He told her. "I know who your roommate is. This girl name Jade. I don't think she likes me very much. But I'll be right across the way if you want to hang out with me or my dogs." Thad smirked a bit. "I'm surprised they didn't put you with me or Felix but it's okay. I guess the school is..." He paused. "Nevermind."
iKamal: She shrugged her shoulders."I wouldn't have minded been with a guy. Girls are hard to get along with sometimes....but I understand why they did it. I will defiantly take you up on your offer about hanging out though." she smiled and noticed the smirk on his face.why are you smirking what you wanted me to be roomed with you."she laughed poking fun at him abit.-
Tsaaq: "Right. I tend to have that problem with girls too. But yeah cool. Sounds good." He laughed before his expression settled back into one of anxiousness. He began to drink his shake again. He coughed and covered his mouth before turning to look at him. "Uh." He cleared his throat. "I don't know if you-" He stammered. "I wasn't thinking that. Sorry. Sometimes my face does that?" He said, chewing on his lip peircing as he waited on her response.
iKamal: She chuckled and looked at him."It's ok Thad I was just picking on you calm down. You look cute when you are stumped by the way. Rather hilirous to watch."she chuckled some more and sipped her shake some more finishign it off before tossing it in the trash. she licked her lips and leaned against the wall."So you don't get along with girls to well?" she pushed her finger sthrough her hair.-
Tsaaq: He exhaled with relief and poked around at the remainder of his shake with his straw. He shook his head a forced out a laugh lowering his head a moment in embarrassment. "Uh... You can say that." Thaddeus replied. "You said it yourself. Sometimes it's hard to get along with them." He looked over to him.
iKamal: She wrinkled her nose some."some girls are just very mean. I should know...I wasn't the most popular girl in school. They use to make fun of me because I wore braces."she chuckled some remembering and she jsut shrugged it off."You seem really cool and nice. I'm glad I met you."
Tsaaq: "Oh that's shitty of them. High school is hard. Well... Life is hard. People are pretty shitty sometimes." Thad rambled before shrugging. "I haven't really heard anybody give me compliments in a while, sorry." He said, chuckling awkwardly. "You seem nice too. You remind me of a friend I used to have here."
iKamal: She smiled."yeah people are shitty but sometimes you jsut gotta look at the positive side of things. IT's what I do. If you let all that negative stuff get you down it will jsut be bad. So I just smile and keep going." shepushed off the wall and started to walk hoping he followed."Oh what was your friend like?"
Tsaaq: He walked with her, tossing his drink in the trash and shrugged. "Yeah. That's what I hear." He murmured to softly. Thaddeus rose his eyebrows at her a moment then fought frowning. "She was like..." He began to say before rubbing his hand on his beard. "She was the only person who-" He sighed and rubbed his face. "She was just a really nice person. I miss her. She's on tour with her sister. Her sisters like a big shot singer or whatever."
iKamal: She listened to him and nodded her head."Well I don't plan on going on tour so you got me now. I mean if you want me..."she stopped for a moment."wow I am not really good at this conversation thing."she felt nervous. she was out of her comfort zone. she was trying hard though.each day she was trying something new and meeting new people."So want to help me pick out some cool stuff for my room."
Tsaaq: Thaddeus stopped, staring pensively as she spoke. He laughed and hoped that would make her feel better. "Hey, don't worry about it." Thad waved his hand at her. "I got what you meant." He took out his phone and glanced at the time. "You want to head to my store and do that or go somewhere else?"
iKamal: She looked at him and nodded her head."yeah we can go to your store. I think I have ahot topic card too." she dug through her purse finding her wallet."You can make comission off me right?" she smiled some. she had been saving for awhile so she had sme money built up to get her by for awhile in school.-
Tsaaq: "Oh great, we can use that." He said as he went towards the escalator once more and waited for her to get on before he stepped on as well. "Yeah I can actually." He chuckled. "Since you're one of my housemates I don't see the harm in using my discount though." He shrugged. "If that's not weird or anything."
iKamal: She followed him and looked up at him"how is you saving me money weird...I would apperciate it actually." she smiled and made her way down. she walked wit hhim to his store and  looked around. it had been awhile since she was in a hot topic.
Tsaaq: He shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know. I just wanted to make sure." He said, pushing the door of his shop open. "Kay guys I'm back." Thaddeus yelled. He leaned on the counter as he punched back in and went over to Dori once more. "Okay, what do you like? Cartoons? Cute stuff?"
iKamal: Dori followed in with him. she looekd around."I have a horrid obession with the show supernatural and the movie the little mermaid."she smiled some. she looked around the store."your store is much more open and well organized then one back home. that oen you bump into everything."
Tsaaq: "You're in luck, we sell a shitload of both of those things." Thaddeus told her as he led her to the back of the store. "Well, I could never do that. I'm too tall and if I bump into things all the time it would drive me crazy. I try to keep everything in order. So thanks." He smiled at Dori.
iKamal: She nodded her head. Dori looked like a midget compared to him so while he was walking she was jogging. In heels at that."She looked around as she jogged."I'm short so I can squeeze into small areas but my butt is a little plump so that makes it kind of hard at times." she shrugged some and got distracted by some kitten stockings.- "oooo "
Tsaaq: Thaddeus began to slow down, allowing her to go in front of him. He furrowed his eyebrows before his eyes went to her rear end for a moment. "Oh yeah, that must suck." He muttered before shaking his head and clearing his throat. "Well I guess you can look at that stuff too." Thaddeus laughed.
iKamal: She looked up at him."Sorry they jsut looked really cute. I have this really cute skirt I could wear them with. But then I might look like a slut." she wrinkled her nose and just pt the stockings back her grandmothers words ringing away in the back of her mind."Sorry.."she made her way to the back with him."So what made you want to work here?"
Tsaaq: "Don't say that about yourself." Thad told her. "If you like them you should wear them." He said firmly before sighing and crossing his arms over his chest. "I don't know. I couldn't get a regular job with all this shit in my face. And my friends and I thought it would be cool. And now I'm here." He answered before looking at her once more.
iKamal: She shook her head about the stockings."No my abuela would kill me if she caught me in those things. "she sighed and repeated her grandmothers words."What you wear suggests thingsto men and men only have one thing on their mind." she wrinkled her nose some."Men don't only have one thing on thir mind. they have many things." she was more so talking to herself now. she smiled and looked at his face taking in what he had on it along with his tattoos. she started to laugh some."my abuela would literally die if she found me hanging out with you good thing she is in baltimore."
Tsaaq: Thaddeus listened to her carefully, just sort of letting her speak as he led her over to where all the Supernatural stuff was. "That bad huh?" He asked before bringing his hand over his lips then nose. "My mom is like, a hippie so she doesn't really care about this stuff. But I'm pretty sure my dad hates it."
iKamal: She nodded herhead and started to look through the stuff."I like it to be honest. It's like your body is your canvas nd you are just painting it to make it look even mroe beautiful." she shrugged as she spoke and pulled out a supernatural blanket."Do you eve get boogers on your nose ring though? I always wondered that. like wouldn't that annoy you are something. or like if you dont have the ring in and you go to blow your nose is it like a blow hole you know like a whale."she started to laugh covering her mouth."i'm sorry that just soundsr eally funny."
Tsaaq: He grabbed a shopping basket for her and stood beside her, smiling. "Wow. Thanks." He laughed. "I don't. Well only when I'm really sick and I'm stuffy. And that's usually only when its cold-" Thad explained he shook his head and laughed a bit. "Nah, it's not like a blow hole. Plus I rarely take it out."
iKamal: She took the basket from him and placed the blanket in it. she giggled and looked up at him."IF it was a blow hole effect I could see you making whale noises." she chuckled picking up a few more things."So what do you do around here for fun? I bee npretty bored since I been here..well other then watchignsome chick flip on some guy. Hayley was her name due was ben. I don't know what the situtation was but she was not happy. Oh and I met a guy named Adam. I think that was her boyfriend..but his dog was really cute."
Tsaaq: "I guess." Thad shrugged before laughing. "I do the same things I do at home pretty much." He replied with a shrug. "Play video games, watch movies. Go out sometimes. I'm not very exciting..." He answered, his face going a little pale at the mention of Hayley. "Oh yeah, they live in OCH too." He muttered before lowering his head and going to straighten up some of the things in the section they were in.
iKamal: "Oh you play video games? What games?" she smiled up at him."im sure i'll run into them sometime. " she shrugged some and watched him straighten thigns up."Mind if I get an application..."she changed the subject seeign him becoem uneasy at the mention of hayley.-
Tsaaq: "Probably, or maybe not. They're good at keeping to themselves most of the time." Thaddeus told her softly before standing up straight. "Mostly stuff on Xbox one. That's the system in the house anyways. I do a lot of first person shooters." He explained before shrugging. "Sure but, are you sure this place is your style?" He asked with a chuckle and a smirk as he went to the counter.
iKamal: she nodded her head listening to him."I hope so.. I really don't want to make anyone angry." she followed him and nodded."sO like call of duty and stuff. I liek Bioshock. I never played the xbox one jsut the 360." she set ehr thignso n the coutner and nodded."I'm sure this place is my style. I mean I really don't have a style other then catholic school girl. No thanks to my abuela. I am just now getting out of my box.I mean I really had to convice myself to wear this today." she felt a little embrased at how much skin she was showing."maybe I should have put on something less revealing though..."
Tsaaq: He went to the computer and began to scan her items while Dori spoke. "Yeah all that stuff. Xbox One is pretty much the same, just updated. You'll get used to it. I can get you some stuff from Game Stop." Thad told her before raising one of his eyebrows. "I don't know. You look more Forever 21 than Hot Topic." He laughed. Thaddeus glanced over her outfit a few times then chewed his lip ring. "Uh, that's not all that revealing... If that's revealing then you're not gonna like a lot of the clothes girls wear around here." Thad said before swiping his card so she'd get her discount.
iKamal: She pulled her debit card out and handed it to him."Well I mean right now I look forever 21. You can't judge a book by it's cover Thad. Unless it's a school book then you can...." she chuckled some and shrugged."I'm still getitng used to the idea of showing myself off...I didn't always be skinny. i'm still a little shy about my body. But it's time to step out of my comfort zone and just be who I want to be instead of what others want me to be." she  thought for a moment.
Tsaaq: Thad nodded his head. "True. That's a good point." He laughed. "I think you're very pretty, and your body is pretty great." Thaddeus said tensely before taking her card. "Well, I'm sure whatever style you choose you'll look nice." He smiled at her. "Nothing to be shy about." Thad finishing ringing everything up and swiped her card then gave it back to her.
iKamal: She smiled and blushed hard a light pink shade rising to her nose and cheeks."Thank you. I think you are very handsome yourself." she took her card and  things. she grabbed a pen and looked at him."Mind if I fill the application out here?" she tapped the pen on the counter abit as she waited."I have awhile till the next bus comes."
Tsaaq: He put everything in her bag and let it all sit on the counter. "Wow uh, thanks." He stammered laughing a little awkwardly. He looked around. It was pretty slow at that time of night anyways so he didn't stress over it. "Yeah of course, just ask me if you have any questions-" He began to say. "I can always drop you off at the house?" Thad offered.
iKamal: She nodded her head and leaned over the coutner abit filling out the application. she looked up at him."OH really..that would be awesome then you could show me where my room is." she smiled."I apperciate it." she didn't take to long with filling out the application and she slid the paper over to him."You better not use my number for personal use....or else." she chuckled just joking with him as she did have her number on there along with some other personal information about herself.
Tsaaq: "Yeah totally. I wouldn't mind doing that at all." He shrugged. He leaned his elbows on the counter as well. "It's my pleasure." He furrowed his eyebrows and bit the corner of his lip. Knowing it was a joke but still feeling guilty. "Don't worry. I know to stay in my lane."
iKamal: She chuckled and nodded her head. she pulled her phone out and slid it over to him."But on a more personal note I wouldn't mind having your number. Then I can just text you to make sure it's okay to hang out." she smiled to him."If you want that is."
Tsaaq: Thaddeus looked over to her phone and rose his thick eyebrows before smirking. "You can always knock on my door too though." He said before putting himself in her phone. "I like the idea of having somebody to hang out with again." He sighed. "Not that Im some type of lonely loser or something."
iKamal: She shrugged."What if I'm out and about and want to hang out how can I knock on your door then. I would be sooo far away and I don't have a car." she chuckled taking her phone back and sending a text with a little mojii smiley face."I'm a lonely Loser. You are the first friend I've made since I got here. When do you get off work? I might go hit up bath and body works before we head home."
Tsaaq: "Look at you with all the good points." He smirked. "I run the place I can bail whenever." He laughed as he went to hop over the counter which was effortless considering his head. "Bath and Body Works, lots of good stuff there." He smiled. "For the record, you're not a loser to me at all."
iKamal: She chuckled and shrugged."Well I guess I am just smooth with how I get guys numbers." she laughed and moved as he jumped over the counter. she nudge him abit with her elbow."If your nice to me I might get you a nice smelling hand santizer there." she smiled back at him."Thanks...You aren't a loser to me either... you are actually pretty cool." she made her way towards the exit of the store.
Tsaaq: Thaddeus began to chuckle once more. "Yeah, you're really just wooing me right now." He told Dori. "Just in time. I need some hand sanitizer too." Thad looked at his phone, went to punch out then grabbed her bags for her. "I used to think I was pretty cool but... That blew up in my face pretty face." He whispered.
iKamal: She ntoiced how he grabbed her bag for her. She took note of it. She blew on her nails and rubbed them on her shirt."I like to think my charm is working on you right now." she laughed. she made her way into the bath body works looking at the sales they had."Well I think you are cool. So screw everybody else." she nodded her head."Wow I think that's like the closet I have ever came to cursing..feels kind of nice." she grabbed a bath and body works shopping bag dumping some stuff into it and she even slipped sone men stuff in her bag for him making sure he didnt know.
Tsaaq: "You're just playing me then?" He laughed as they walked down the vast mall hall. "Thanks Dori." Thad said sheepishly. "You should definitely curse a little more. I read somewhere that it relieves stress." He said, looking around before frowning. "Caroline would come in here to buy stuff sometimes... That's my friend I was talking about earlier."
iKamal: She smiled."Like a fiddle." she chuckled and heard him say thanks."No need to thank me." she shrugged some and nodded."I'll try that. cursing more...hmm maybe if I watch you play some games I cna learn new bad words." she chuckled and went to the counter."That is a pretty name. Caroline." she handed over her card to the cashier before handing him one of the bags."here for you."
Tsaaq: He shook his head at himself. "Oh yeah, all I do is curse while I game." He chuckled. "I think I know the basics. Nothing innovative." He shrugged then went to take the bag, just assuming he was holding it for her. "Yeah. I think you would've really liked her. She was nice to everyone." He smiled.  "Oh, do you want me to hold the other one too?" He asked.
iKamal: She nodded her head."I like ncie people and I now I want to hear you while you game." she shook her head and laughed."no that bag is for you silly. I don't need you to hold my bags. You don't have to hold my bags if you don't want to but it is really kind of you. A real gentlemen you are." she smiled up at him."Ready to go home? I'm excited to see my new place."
Tsaaq: "No you don't. I get so mad for no reason." He chuckled, he looked between Dori and the bag and nodded. "Right. I don't know why you bought me stuff but it's okay. Thank you." He said. He looked to her and nodded. "Right well, I figured I can just carry your stuff. My hands are huge anyways." He laughed. "Yeah, lets head out." Thad said as he led her out of the store and down the hall towards the parking garage.
iKamal: She followed him and smiled."I bought you stuff as a thank you gift for being so kind to me and giving me a ride."she shrugged her shoulders and looked around."You know waht they say about a guy with big hands right?"
Tsaaq: He shook his head again. "You really shouldn't have. It's not that big of a deal." Thaddeus said as he walked towards his car. "Uhhh... I don't think I do. What do they say?" He tilted his head.
iKamal: She grinned."They wear big gloves." she laughed and looked at his car."As for your gift I should have. I had fun talking to you today and so far you are the nicest person I met since being here.I just hope there are more nice people like you I get to meet."
Tsaaq: He opened the door and rolled down the window with the crank. "I hope you don't get disappointed cause... I'd hate to see a frown on your face." He smiled faintly and went to get in the driver's seat going towards OCH.
iKamal: She smiled and got into the car."I hope so too." she put her seat belt on and got comfortble
iKamal: [i need to head to bed i got like a four hour drive tomrorow]
Tsaaq: ((Oh okay.))
iKamal: [ i might be on tomorrow night though but i might be on really late]
