  3. For the three people who like SCP/paramilitary crossovers, I slightly expanded my earlier take on a report on the events of episode 3 by a pseudo ONI organisation, instead I expanded with a general report on known info about Imps. For fun.

  6. Former-Human Entities (F-HE's), specifically F-HE #1 'Sinners', ‘Imps’ tend to occupy the 1st and 2nd largest population demographic in Hell depending on the time of year.

  8. >Socially, ‘Imps’ occupy the second lowest rung of the social hierarchy of Hell, with 'Imps' occupying only a slightly higher position than N-HE 9 'Servial' entities. In spite of this, the average 'Imp' enjoys a lifestyle comparable to an average citizen of a developed country in the late 20th century. Albeit with a more anarchist state of affairs.

It is theorized that 'Imps' possess some form of secondary external layer of skin that can offer protection from fire and incendiary weapons, which seems to also extend to any clothing they wear. Project 'Sols Light' is currently investigating if there is an upper limit of protection that 'Imps' have to high temperature levels.

  19. I really like this concept of humans investigating about the Hell to the point that I'm trying to make my own human story.
  20. I remember when during the early days of /hhg/ when we always we wrote some autistic stories and fanfictions to be honest, but over time we stop doing that and we don't do it as often as before.

  22. My interest in the Human perspective more is stemming from the continuation of the HB concept of the Humans we see are all collective morons. I'm also a fan of people trying to scientifically analyse something that is seemingly magical.

  26. We've seen Eddie (the kid from the Pilot), his mother, whom the imps open a portal directly on top of, Martha and her family who were cannibals, and Satanists, the people at the Verosika concert were off their heads on drugs/consumed by the lust emanating from her, so they're excused.

  28. I just think the humans we've seen so far are a bit dim. Certainly, Martha's family aren't stupid, nor is Eddie.

  32. You have the retard doctors and the entirely careless news crew from the pilot, and no amount of sativa is going to have me just accept a waist-high red humanoid running amok in public.

  34. Consider it from a meta-perspective. The show is meant to be a comedy, but the cast of characters are demons who kill for money in brutal ways. In a conventional sense, they're villains. They enact vengeance for people who have been damned for being evil. That's hard to make funny to the audience. Watching one of your cute and cuddly characters tie a noose around someone's neck, strangle them to death, and then stage the scene to look like a suicide isn't going to be wacky kooky good times for the audience if the character getting murdered is actually relatable and identifiable. For it to be palettable as comedy, the writers need to either make the characters who are going to die just as evil as the demons killing them (Martha's family of two-faced cannibals) or dumb/annoying enough that the audience doesn't care about their deaths (obnoxious fratbros who have no character beyond saying dumb things and making a mess).

  36. Okay, but IMP bumping off an entirely sympathetic victim targeted by a total asshole would be a kino episode.

  38. Yes, definitely, but they need to save that idea for the right moment. It has to be a "wait, I've been riding for these guys this whole time?" kind of bitchslap to the audience when they watch cuddly Moxxie the folk singing, latte art making husbando and his wife, Millie the cheerful gaptoothed southern belle shortstack happily accept a contract from a sinner who was a hostage-decapitating cartel enforcer in life to off the stalwart, unbribeable cop and father of two who put an end to his criminal career and his life.

  46. I don't consider the Humans of the show being dumb a major negative, its more a pet peeve. I also fully believe that HB is is taking things far more light heartedly (for now) for the sake of comedy and to make the show work. I would expect the more hard hitting scenarios/realistic Humans to be present in Hazbin Hotel.
