Subj: lies of by the council about Ixchilgal

Citizens,

Our council decided us to regail us with a heavily modified version of events I
gave them, quite clearly meant to put Ixchilgal in a better light then he acted
on that day.

Here are the facts as seen by myself and later investigated by Kistan, Dys and
Tortuga (or was it another Goon guildmaster, I do get quite confused on such)

- Before the aetherflare in question both myself and others of Gaudiguch ahad
used Kari extensively. It is true Ixchilgal, after a temper tantrum, removed a
lot of access to his ship. It is also true however myself and others were not
hit by this tantrum and we used Kari extensively up until the aetherflare of
betrayal. Ergo it is very clear permissions had been changed at that point.

- During the flares Kari was succesfully whistled one time. This means I had
command chair permissions. On the second time I could nolonger whistle it. This
means I had been removed from the access list. Now to clarify I was not removed
from clans or enemied to clans or organisations during this time so there was no
way this was done by existing permissions. This was during the flare, as anyone
familier with aetherships knows, only the owner can change module permissions.

- The permissions on the command chair were investigated by myself and 3 council
members right after the engagement, all of us noticed the same change in
permissions.

- By Ashira her own post he intentionally set the permissions for enemies and
against Gaudiguch because he was displeased with Gaudiguch. This is not
neglicence, the very way she describes it is the definition of treason

- Ixchilgal has shown zero remorse and called all of us who underwent his
treason liars in order to manipulate peoples opinion. However we do not forget,
and we will certainly not remain silently while the mayor twists words here
insulting every person that actually tried getting flares and other things for
this city.

- As you can still see in CHELP power Ixchilgal was never permitted to change
the permissions to his ship to allow enemies, even though I have asked in the
past to change it for regular manses (and only requiring it for ships),
Gaudiguch still holds a ruleset you can not allow enemies in your manse while it
was linked to Gaudiguch. Kari was linked to Gaudiguch and had to follow said
rules

- Our alliance with Glomdoring and Celest quite clearly state you can not
provide assistance to enemies, yet Ixchilgal admits to doing exactly that by
changing his permissions

- Ashira says she can not confirm my story, yet I have 3 council members that
checked, as well as me as security aide.

- Lastly to my knowledge the council has four members. I am guessing you ignored
the member that was actually on the council when the case was investigated, as
that was convenient for your campaign.

It is disgusting you allow this traitor back in to the city, and the underhanded
method you used is even more disgusting.
