So my workflow was like:
1. copy radical from radkfile
2. enter into wikitonary to find unicode for radical
3. use ps to modify old file and save with filename r + unicode in lowercase + .png into drawable folder
There are some that aren't radicals by themselves, but you can use wikitionary to split it into the relevant piece and just write over in ps to remove the junk part
In theory you can add step 4 to cp the unicode to another list that we'll keep track of
