Editperson categories:  add the real employer name, add graphical symbol (for timesheet), add flag is_work_time_reported' .  The graphical symbol is described in table graphical_symbol.  It is accepted that the user has to provide a valid image according to requirements like size, definition, format...   but the specifications should be clearly stated  in a message to inform user about these technical requirements for the image to be loaded.  No validation is needed on image format.

From WBS screen, add a link to create a POI (a "+" icon on the right of POI magnify icon).  We will reuse WBS data to fill POI fields (name, short_name).  When a POI is linked to a WBS, we should display the address in a non editable fields below the POI fields.  When a POI is linked to a WBS node, we could add an icon POI in the tree (similar to can assign a team) and a clic on the POI could open the POI edit screen.
