opening setup exe file

I downloaded a demo Forex trading platform for a project that I am
investigating, but received this feedback:

  End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not
  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the
  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
  the last disk(s) of this archive.
zipinfo:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of /tmp/tp4setup.exe or
          /tmp/tp4setup.exe.zip, and cannot find /tmp/tp4setup.exe.ZIP,
period.

Do you have any idea where I should go from here to open the file?
