- UPDATE 2, 29-8-2024
- - Fixed an important issue where the jammed states for the M14, MK14 and M21 didn't work properly. Big thanks to "Von Avalon" and "Aoldri" for the help.
- - Much better Russian translation, thanks to "Thundervision".
- UPDATE 1, 18-8-2024
- - Fixed a major sound bug that would make you hear reload sounds from far away, as if you were a telepath. Also readjusted the sound files' comments so it's in tune with the original's, which was good. (Thanks to "Bamah" for the report.)
- - Changed nomenclature of "MK14 EBR" to "Mk 14 EBR", which is more accurate.
- - Changed some text description so it's more accurate.
- Some balance changes which includes...
- - Adjusted "Handling" value for the M14, going from 50% to 64%.
- - Adjusted "Weight" values for M14 and M21, M14 is now 4.2 instead of 4.1, M21 is 5.27 instead of 5.67.
- - Adjusted "NPC Loadout", the M21 should be available to Mercenaries' Veterans, but it's still very rare.
- - Recoil changes; MK14 has less continuous recoil (especially when aimed) but a worse initial recoil and horizontal recoil. M14 has better initial recoil but a much worse continuous recoil. M21 has the same recoil pattern as the M14, but it has way less initial recoil when aiming.
- This means that one can actually use the Mk 14 in full auto to some extend, but the M14 is still rather too difficult to use for that, just like how it would be in reality.
- M21's aimed recoil is for gameplay purposes, nobody wants to use a sniper rifle (scoped, of course) with extreme recoil.
