- The Arcana is granted once you join with Athena. They are elected based on why you are making a deal with them. You need to be in possession of the card give to you, with the Arcana in it, for it to work. A torn Arcana is rendered useless, and it cannot be restored. A new Arcana will have to be granted. You cannot use the powers of an Arcana different from the one you have been granted unless:
- 1. You create something with an Arcana, by being the Magician, and thus, control it by proxy only. But in no way you may use their Arcana, if you have it in your hands.
- 2. The Aspects of the Empress, each have a different looking version of the Empress Arcana. It does nothing, but... They each need to have their own card in their possession to be able to fuse back into the original bearer.
- 3. The Lovers both have an identical card, each. They can only access their full powers IF they both keep the Arcana. If someone else takes one of the two Arcana, then both Lovers will suffer terribly. They have it the worst, from Arcana loss. The Lovers CAN function with one single Arcana, IF both Lovers are holding onto it at the same once, but not if it is torn.
- 4. Strength can use minor versions of the other Arcana, if they have it in their possession. They cannot unlock the full potential of a non-Strength Arcana though.
- 5. Dark Arcana, are born when an Arcana is targeted and used by Death. These are the only Arcana death can use, other than their own.
- Notes:
- 1. The High Priestess can make one forget about their Arcana, but in no way can she use it for herself.
- 2. The Justice's power involves Arcana as a specific category. Justice has to nullify ALL Arcana in the area, and this means, unless it resets it's own power, it cannot use it's Arcana for further changes. From nullifying Arcana, the only way to go, is to completely reset nullifications.
- 3. Temperance cannot be used on Arcana.
- 4. The Devil cannot transform into something with a different Arcana, or gain an Arcana in any way.
- 5. The Tower cannot give someone an Arcana, under any circumstances.
- 6. The Stars can never transform into someone with a different Arcana. They can possess a faux Arcana, if this is a trait of the dream person they are becoming, but it will have no effect.
- 7. The Sun cannot use their power towards an Arcana., other than their own.
- 8. The Moon, cannot gain the powers of a different Arcana, or give the powers of a different Arcana to anyone within a dream.
- 9. Judgement cannot burn Arcana naturally, and any rules they write that involve Arcana will be weakened very severely.
- 0-The Fool.
- "The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits."-Albert Einstein
- This Arcana is given to anyone, really. But you'd have to be a Fool to accept it.
- The Fool has great potential. They get no assistance with their problem, but they do get to evolve into the very powerful World Arcana, if they manage to solve it on their own.
- 1-The Magician
- "Motherfucking magic all up in this bitch" -Insane Clown Posse
- This Arcana is given to people either discredited in their community, publicly humiliated at least once, or bullied.
- The Magician can make something, or someone appear, if they are feeling an emotion they associate with it. The realness of such manifestation can vary. An emotionally calm magician is a decent illusionist, but a heavily distraught, euphoric, of wrathful one is a dangerous reality warping force. But all of their creations are temporary.
- 2-The High Priestess
- "The mystery of the beginning of all things is insoluble by us; and I for one must be content to remain an agnostic." -Charles Darwin
- This Arcana is given to those who have witnessed something so terrible, it haunts them for the rest of their life.
- You can cause people to forget things, for an amount of time. And what they forget you remember, most vividly, even if you weren't there. If this is a power (but not a Tarot power) you can manifest it, granted the oblivion time is not too much. This is very taxing on your body. You never forget things.

- You can split yourself into up to three aspects of yourself. These carry amounts of your being, and are at large stereotypes. They can also have more of a trait than you have, by virtue of exaggerating it in themselves, as it is lowered in other aspects. Your flaws, or conditions can also be left to a single of the aspects.
- 4-The Emperor
- "I thought not. It's not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life... He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic he could save others from death, but not himself."-The Senate.

- 7- Chariot

- This Arcana is to those who have at some point missed a great opportunity.
- The Chariot, is a powerful Arcana. Before any action, set a mental point of "defeat". As long as you still possess the will to fight and not give up, you will not be brought below it. However, the Arcana tends to find creative ways to go around this. The closer one is to their "defeat" the stronger they physically get.
- 8 - Strength
- "The world breaks everyone, and afterward, some are strong at the broken places."- Ernest Hemingway
- This Arcana is given to those who have gone through depression at least once.

However, if the people around the user are less lucky than the user, the opposite process will happen, and they will gain luck while the user loses it. The owner of this Arcana is possessed of great luck however. Affecting another Arcana user, turns this on it's head automatically, and the WoF user has a very high chance of death in the following 24 hours.
- 11 - Justice
- "I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that his justice cannot sleep forever." - Thomas Jefferson
- This Arcana is given to those who have suffered injustice by a legal system.
- You can nullify any number of powers, magical items, or protections, and beneficial effects, as well as negative ones, curses, and other unpleasant things in an area, granted that there are is adversity in said area, until outcomes of any endeavor taken by any side against the other, would only depend on the skill of the affected. It and the Wheel of Fortune cancel each-other out if used simultaneously.
- 12 - The Hanged Man
- "The deepest circle in hell is reserved for betrayers and mutineers" -Captain Jack Sparrow
- The Hanged Man owner has either suffered betrayal, or betrayed someone
- You can become a phantom manifestation, that grows stronger the closer you grow to death. In a normal state, you can at most turn into a ghost, for a short amount of time. When you are about to die, your powers transcend the fathomable, and you are capable of feats not unlike what you'd find in a horror game/book/movie/show.
- 13 - Death
- "Don't send me flowers when I'm dead. If you like me, send them while I'm alive."
- Death is given to the terminally ill.
- Death can sense Arcanas, and survive if any part of their cardiovascular system is damaged. They can claim the "essence" of an Arcana that belongs to someone who just died, and summon a shade of that person, that can still use their Arcana powers. This creates a Dark Arcana. Death can only summon one shade at a time, the Shades cannot be killed, except if one stabs Death in the heart (Death won't die from it though). Death can have multiple Shades stored.
- 14 - Temperance
- "Temperance is simply a disposition of the mind which binds the passion."- Saint Thomas Aquinas.
- Temperance is given to those with at least one dangerous addiction.
- Temperance allows for one to take away a power, from one person, and grant it to another. The exchanges must be done in the same quantity, and both ways. Taking X from Bob and giving it to Alice, means you MUST take an Y from Alice and give to Bob. X and Y must be boons, or curses of roughly equivalent value.
- 15 - The Devil
- "The finest trick of the devil is to persuade you that he does not exist" - Charles Baudelaire
- This Arcana is given to those who are currently incarcerated for a crime they DID commit.
- The Devil can select someone and discover their greatest flaw. Then they can become a haunting embodiment of it, and unless a person comes to face or accept said flaw,as their own, this Arcana will be all but invincible against that person, and still a difficult enemy against others with lesser amounts of it.
- 16 - The Tower
- "Abandon all hope, ye who enter." - Dante Aligheri.
- This Arcana is given to the currently homeless.
- The Tower can select a building, as their tower. They can understand it's workings, structure, and everything else, as well as be able to modify it as they wish, and bring about it's instant ruination. What is more, the Tower can give a supernatural enchantment to anyone within the Tower.
- Enabling someone dying to keep living for some more, or turn them into a supernatural creature. But they will lose these traits, or if the enchantments are too much they will outright die, outside of the tower.
- 17 - The Stars
- "When virtue and modesty enlighten her charms, the lustre of a beautiful woman is brighter than the stars of heaven, and the influence of her power it is in vain to resist."- Aktenaten
- The Stars are given to people who are incredibly lonely and lack meaningful emotional contact with others.
- The Stars can pick someone and become their "dream person" in body, intellect, and even their personality will be adjusted somehow to fit the dream of this person. Said person on the other hand, will find it very difficult to withstand your suggestions, as well as commands. At a higher degree, you can become this to a large group as well. The closest thing to their ideal leader/partner/person they can trust, and apply your suggestive powers at large. Non Arcana powers can be attained this way.
- 18 - The Moon
- "The moon's an arrant thief,
- And her pale fire she snatches from the sun;" - William Shakespeare.
- The Moon Arcana is given to those who have had their dreams (metaphorical) shattered, or failed to pursue them.
- In return, the Moon Arcana gives the power to be able to enter other's dreams (literal). As well as shape them. You can walk, and exist within the dreams of people, PHYSICALLY. You can enter this dream world/scape at will, when someone is sleeping. And you can manipulate it as you wish. But it gets weird with other Arcana wielders
- 19 - The Sun
- "I will stay behind, and look at the Sun. The Sun is a wondrous body, like a magnificent father. If only I could be so grossly incandescent."-Solaire of Astora.
- The Sun is given to those with sleeping issues.
- The Sun can, assuming he has great understanding or love of an art work... Painting, sculpture, written fragment, etc, be able to draw it out, into the material world. The greater the understanding, and love the better and more complete is the subject drawn out of.
- 20 - The Judgement
- "Do not wait for the last judgment. It comes every day." - Albert Camus.
- Given to those who have lost part of their body or it's functions, one way or another.
- The Judgement is terrifying if used right. Against the right enemies, and with the right words. If the Judgement projects sound, heat or light, by themselves or by an object in their possession towards something that they think should not exist (you start with everything supernatural listed here and nothing else) in the sense, it's existence is purely wrong, then that thing will be incinerated instantly, and burn until it no longer exists. No matter what it is, the flames will consume it.
- If the Judgement can write a rule, on their body, permanently, then anything that disobeys it will be burnt too, by the above method. But this burning is uncertain. Should the rule be too general, it is extremely hard to work. Should it be specific, and written in a manner that costs the Judgement a lot, then it will be close to the original power's capability.
- 21 - The World
- "You were a fool to attack me. I have disowned weakness in favor of life everlasting."-No guesses as to who said this.
- The World is given to those who manage to hold onto the Fool and find the way to evolve it.
- The owner of the World, is bound to a concept. They will never truly die as long as this concept exists, and are outright invincible if their physical form is struck. Can manipulate the full extent of it, and can only be hurt by lessening the amount of said concept. They can be temporarily "killed" by erasing the concept in a given area. For example, if the concept is War, and they are in a battlefield, and then suddenly everyone stops fighting.
- There are many ways to evolve the Fool. The concept the World ties the owner to, depends on the way one uses to evolve the Fool.
