WarpedRealm release 1.30

    Release 1.30 Changes:
      - Added a fade-in title message and chat message when walking into preserved claims
      - Switched up preserved claims from actual claims to regions
      - Fixed rarity of voter's substance being lore rather than a modifier
      - Disabled /ah sell gui
      - Changed restart kicking message
      - Added hardened leather to custom fishing loot tables
      - Decreased job-leave level penalty from 70% to 50%
      - Removed octopus from spawning
      - Fixed hexcolors in the scoreboard sometimes not parsing properly
      - Changed the header in the wiki from purple to grey
      - Added /ah stats
      - Fixed a few packet leaks
      - Fixed a buyquests slipping into the wilderness daily pool
      - Added 1 more nether quest
      - Fixed GP claimblock placeholder not parsing in the scoreboard after an update
      - Increased custom mob spawning chances slightly
      - Fixed fixed particles overloading when spawn hasnt been loaded in a while
      - Fixed quest regions bugging out with the 1.19.2 update
      - Fixed jobs sometimes paying out double for certain actions
      - Added new "Agility" Skill featuring 2 Adaptations: "Super Jump" and "Wind up". Check them out in-game!
      - Decreased repair multiplier: Uncommon 5 -> 3,  Rare: 8 -> 5
      - Added new tiny starter quest guiding new players to the village, gets started when entering the portal at /warp tutorial (old players can do this quest too for free 500 buckerinos)
      - Added new adaptation to Axes: Lucy's log swapper, change any wood-types around using logs and saplings!
