The only items required to beat Majora's Mask as of August 1st, 2019 are:
	-Magic Meter
	-Song of Time
	-Ocarina of Time
	-Deku Mask
	-Song of Healing
	-Blast Mask
	-Song of Soaring
	-Oath to Order
	-Odolwa's Remains
	-Goht's Remains
	-Gyorg's Remains
	-Twinmold's Remains

How is this possible?

It was recently discovered that index warp (activated by hitting the hidden owl statue in West Clock Town and no other owls) can be used for more than just warping to owls without having activated them.

Basically, and I'm not an expert, but the game uses your index warp value (usually, this cannot go lower than 0 or above like 10 or whatever) to determine what text to display in the text box that says "Soar to ---?". If you have an index warp value of something else, the game pulls text strings from places it shouldn't (again, oversimplifying because I don't know the exact specifics). Some of these strings are way longer than intended, and thus overwrite memory they shouldn't. One of the places in memory this can affect is a byte that handles whether or not the debug menu should open or not. Basically, if you set your index warp value to -2816, this byte is set such that the debug menu comes up when you soar.

Yep, each play of the Song of Soaring only changes the value by 1. You have to play the song 2815 times to get this to happen.

Basically, I'm not even going to bother with a real route because the route is:
-get blast mask
-get Song of Soaring
-hit hidden owl
-play Song of Soaring 2815 times
-give myself the 4 remains and the Oath to Order

DID I MENTION THIS IS ONLY POSSIBLE ON WII U BECAUSE IN ORDER TO MANIPULATE THE DEBUG MENU YOU HAVE TO USE THE D-PAD AND THE WII U IS THE ONLY CONSOLE THAT DOESN'T CRASH AND ALSO HAS THE D-PAD MAPPED.
