  19. And that's what you want
  20. To be free and happy
  21. Further and further with every breath
  22. Fading away more and more
  23. Letting yourself fade away even more with every breath
  24. You can let yourself drift
  25. Into a state into a state where you feel
  26. Happy
  27. Feeling really good all over
  28. A relaxed state where you feel good all over
  29. Perhaps almost euphoric
  30. Just drift right into that place
  31. A specific place
  32. And you have found such a place
  33. You can drift closer and closer into this feeling
  34. More and more clearly the closer you drift
  35. More and more clearly
  36. Until you get so close to this place
  37. That you drifted into this happy feeling all the way in
  38. Happily hearing what you are hearing
  39. Happily seeing what you are seeing
  40. And just happily listening as you follow
  41. And happily repeating to yourself

  136. The only thing that's really holding you back from feeling this good all the time
  137. Is your expectations
  138. Your expectations of how things should be
  139. Because when things don't match your expectations
  140. When you expect them to be one way
  141. And they turn out to be something completely different
  142. That's stressful
  143. Even things that are better than you expected can be very stressful
  144. If things are worse than you expected that can also be stressful
  145. And you know the way to be really happy and relaxed
  146. Is to be able to just accept
  147. And relax
  148. And feel happy
  149. That's what you want
  150. And so we need you to learn to let go of expectations
  151. But your expectations are based in your memories
  152. Your memories of how things were
  153. That allow you to determine how things should be
  154. And so the best way to free yourself
  155. Is to let go of those memories
  156. So you can fully be accepting
  157. So you can fully be free
  158. So you can enter a state of bliss
  159. Where you just enjoy and accept
  160. Easily and effortlessly
  161. Feeling completely wonderful and relaxed
  162. All the time
  163. You would like that
  164. So you can deal with everything that happens in your life
  165. In a completely relaxed and effective manner
  166. And so you're going to learn something very special
  167. Something very useful
  168. You're just going to learn to
  169. Kind of make a blank
  170. A place
  171. A state
  172. Where you can just feel fully accepting
  173. So you can learn more and more in your everyday life
  174. To be fully relaxed and accepting

  179. Just like the one you're in right now
  180. Floating all around you
  181. These are very special bubbles
  182. Bubbles for your memories
  183. And what happens is
  184. We can just fill up a bubble
  185. With your memories
  186. Fill it up nice and full
  187. Then when we just pop the bubble
  188. You just instantly forget all those memories
  189. You forget them
  190. And feel

  192. And it feels good to let go of those memories, doesn't it?
