PoB vs Kiryu

Immediately from Kiryu's first response I think there were big problems for him. Pretty much every downplay claim I would see had me going "wait, didn't I like see a feat that directly contradicts this already." Like he claims in that response that Master has no bullet timing, except literally the first thing in the statpost is Master deflecting bullets with a sword. The response is kind of filled with things like this, which made it really hard for Kiryu to establish and maintain credibility throughout the round.

As for how the round goes, I think Kiryu has some pretty big problems all around that he never really succeeds at addressing.

All of Tigra's value in this round ends up placed in the supposed bullet timing feat, which if the word supposed doesn't give it away, I think its got huge problems. She literally says "one little sound is all i need" and then it shows the guy firing and then it shows the guy dodging, there isn't really a logical interpretation of this that's bullet timing. Either the panels happen in order and she hears him before she shoots or the panels don't happen in order and there's not a part where she's on panel with the bullets. She is not bullet timing here.

Which would maybe not be that big a deal depending on how other speeds shake out, but I generally think this favors PoB. Master is obviously bullet timing, Blake is bullet timing, x-23 is. I'm not entirely sure to what extent I buy a decent amount of the Fire Force stuff, but the Benimaru bullet time is just like extremely objective, there isn't anything you can really say about it. And in fact Kiryu doesn't say anything about it, so it stands. There is like theoretically a question of if it applies to Arthur and Charon or just Arthur, but it goes completely undiscussed in the round, so I'm not really sure how to weigh it. Overall I think I am just going to say the only character who is not provably fast enough to compete is Tigra.

That puts it down to more or less a 2v3, and I think the rest of Kiryu's team doesn't fare much better. X-23's cutting resistance is not really proven when, as PoB says, she can just get cut in half and doesn't really have feats for dealing with that. Even in the Lady Deathstrike scan she gets a piece taken out of her and is like obviously at least momentarily haggard. I don't think she can accomplish a ton before going down.

Blake is similarly enproblemed. I think the question about her durability in the Adam fight is really strong, and not really strongly rebutted. I think she takes a handful of hits and then eventually goes down.

Kiryu doesn't really advance a clear win condition, so it's more or less just left up to I don't think his characters can survive for super long. So he doesn't win.
