I don't feel as if i am being provided adequate assistance again this is probably from past traumas which have not been a problem until most recently but Its become painfully obvious for me.

Please let me know what steps i can take moving forward. i'd like to request a female case worker. I am having difficulties receiving and understanding context I am so sorry please do not take this personal I have had too many traumatic experiences in the past with men and i feel to be relapsing in this regard.

Do i need to fill out a form for the request or would this be enough to request a change. Someone who knows how to help me with these social issues i keep experiencing in the community.

Im a little confused as to what roles or duties your responsible for but all ive experienced is always being referenced to a different service that refers me back to my social worker. So while i am waiting for my (MIAD) application to be approved id like to move forward in requesting a new social worker. Thanks
