Buff Edits
 - The Immortality buff has been reworked due to how unbalanced it was within the game to guarantee a Very Rare Minor Power.
	- The guarantee of a random minor power still is obtainable from this power, however it now has a caveat:
		- If the guarantee is chosen for the breeding, only traits up to Uncommon in rarity are able to be rolled in that breeding.
	- If you choose not to guarantee the random minor power, you instead can obtain a 10% chance of a random minor power which
	allows for all traits to be rolled for as usual.
 - The Crystalline buff now has a Dromedairy alternative, along with granting an additional buff of a 7% chance of crystaline horns
 - The Sub Zero buffnow has a Dromedairy alternative, along with the additional buff no longer granting 7% chance of
	crystalline horns
 - Into Thin Air now has a dromedairy alternative and altered trait drops to coincide with the crystaline horn trait drop chance now
	going under the Crystalline power trait.
 - Vampirism now has a new dromedairy alternative and the overall chance of trait passing dropped to coincide with the new Dawnbringer
	buff working side by side with it.
 - Satellite Manipulation buff has been edited that the x1 roll only applies to quests with a standard requirement of 200 words/a bust
	or higher. The x3 buff stays the same.
 - Gift of the Mariana now has its buff enhanced for both kias and droma, with a droma alternative added.
 - Hands of Fate buff has been balanced.

	- Was once labeled under Reptilian, however, this has now been changed to go more in line with other Draconic traits.
