  1.
  2. *Flashshaping = FS
  3.
  4. Paralyze - By applying his art and some pressure to the top or base of the vertebral column, J may temporarily inflict a physical lock on a humanoid, preventing them from acting. Continuous physical contact with the spinal column is needed to maintain the effect; FS vs Physical Defense or Athletics may be used to resist the effect if needed.
  5.
  6. Mending – A simple process of mending nerve, flesh, and bone, J can reverse small scale damage to the body on up to the cellular level with contact and time. AP expended and Body restored for the act is up to the GM’s discretion, but a proposed baseline is 1 Body for every 4 above the wounds roll.
  7.
  8. Flesh Animate – An application similar in some forms to necromancy, but lacking the restoration of even the barest forms of consciousness. The resulting corpse is a zombie in the truest sense of the word, a body only animated by invisible puppet strings. Counts as a summon; physical stats are set at 2, Body at one. An Intimidation skill may be added depending on the scene and GM’s discretion. Note: J personally finds this distasteful and is unlikely to use it unless heavily provoked.
  9.
  10. Sensory Deprivation – By manipulation of the sensory pathways in the brain, J may temporarily put a humanoid in a ‘black box’ of input – blinded, unable to hear, etc etc. Requires contact with the head or braincase. FS vs Mental Defense may be used to the resist the effect if needed.
  11.
  12. Alteration – A complex application involving the complete alteration of a humanoid’s internal or external organs and how they function – satisfactory results may confer a flat bonus for a scene, in a manner similar to the Shapeshifting power, but requires time and effort, along with a operation suite, equivalent to performing a surgery.
  13.
  14. Pain - A simple one; constant unpleasant stimulation of the ulnar nerve and nervous system causes immense pain. No physical damage is caused, but the experience may be detrimental to mental operation (Mind damage). Defense, if needed, is mental vs FS.
  15.
  16. Death – A manner of flavoring Instant Kill attempts involving FS. Contact with the head or braincase allows J to cause rapid shut down and necrosis of the brain, effectively killing the person. Flavor-wise may be different depending on the part of contact – e.g inducement of a heart attack.
  17.
  18. Hardening – Temporarily hardening of the skin to a context similar to diamond. May be used for FS to Physical Defense maneuvers, for example.
  19.
  20. Mortician’s Wax – J, with a spare bit of human viscera or skin, may melt it down over time into a specially created mush he calls Mortician’s Wax. Mortician’s Wax is a universally acceptable skin graft, and can even prevent scarrage if applied quickly enough by J.
  21.
  22. Euphoria – Partial or whole stimulus of the pleasure center part of the brain. Releases varying amount of dopamine and other endorphins and psychoactive chemicals. Usually used as a natural muscle relaxant, but can have varying effects depending on the amount of effort put forth.
