- // II. VX Task Mini-Guide
- You can accept the quest 'A Simple, Easy Task' from the Small Spirit in Emerith. By default, this quest will be completed in non-VX mode. You can complete this quest in VX Mode by selecting the 'Task VX' option at map start.
- If you manage to successfully complete VX Task, the amount of Relics dropped will be increased by 1 and you will also get [0.25 * playerCount * empoweredLevel] Divine Carnelia items.
- If you manage to complete VX Task, then all players in that game will have their World Level advanced to [current Empowered Level + 1], granting additional stat and talent points and increasing the flat stat bonus that you acquire upon completing Sylph's Hero Trial. For heroes with World Level 1, this is [0.85 x Hero Level], added to both Constitution and one class-specific substat. Obtaining higher World Level increases this bonus.

- // Pioneer notes (for potential attempters):
- - All listed bosses must be killed in VX mode.
- - At *no* point are you allowed to kill one of the listed bosses with any character in your party that is above the level requirement. Doing so will make your character World Level 1, permanently disqualifying you from obtaining Pioneer using that character.
- - You *also* cannot have a World Level 1 character in your party at any point. Doing so will also set you to World Level 1.
- - Bosses listed on the Pioneer chart will give no experience and will have increased epic drop rate (+2 epics on Normal, +4 on Legendary). The EXP negation only affects listed bosses, so your party will need to be careful not to gain too much EXP on non-listed bosses.
- - Non-listed bosses are Naztar, Avnos, Karnos, Vjaier, Crueltis, Crypt Fiend, and Ghoul. These bosses will award XP as per regular rules. They can be safely killed with higher level characters in your game (everyone must still be World Level 0).
- - Because of the level limitations on bosses, your party will *never* be able to go back to farm gear from previous bosses. It is therefore important that your party stops to fully farm every boss for all needed gear before moving on.

- // V. Victorious General Achievement
- // Victorious General is a special challenge mode, similar to Pioneer. To attempt the challenge, enter the command -genchallenge at map start. You must enter this command before choosing a difficulty.
- // Victorious General description:
- - The goal of this challenge is to complete the entire game up to Twins in a single game.
- - You will not be able to save nor load characters in this mode.
- - Difficulty will be set to Legendary.
- - Fate Card and Reverse Fate Card effects will be disabled.
- - Bosses will drop exactly 1 of each of their Epic items.
- - Bosses will always drop 15 Enchanted items. Unlike the Epic drops, these Enchanted items will be random.
- - Parties of 6 or more players will gain 2 of each Epic instead of 1.
- - All players have a flat +120% EXP and +200% Gold bonus for the duration of the challenge.
- - No EXP will be lost upon death.
- // Notes (for potential challengers):
- - Because there are no random Epic drops, part of the challenge will be rationing key items to players. Your team composition will matter a great deal; consider carefully beforehand how you will divide item loot according to class and player.
- - The Twins must be completed in VX mode. All other bosses need not be completed in VX, but remember that if you don't complete VX mode you will not get any Epic drops. So basically, you'll still want to complete VX mode.
- - Upon defeating Hydra, one of every Relic item from Broodmother and Narith will be dropped.
- - Upon defeating Ghoul, one of every Relic item from Sand Golem and Karrix will be dropped. You will also get 2x Ring of Barrier (4 for parties of 6+ players).
- - Additional key items will be provided based on the number of players:
- - 4 players: Ring of the Heavens, Aggressive Amulet, Agreeable Amulet, Twilight
- - 5 players: 2x Ring of the Heavens, Rejuvenating Ring, Recondite Ring, Winged Shoulders, Bewitched Girdle, Aggressive Amulet, Agreeable Amulet, Twilight

- - Once you obtain the 22 main Fate Cards, you can buy Reverse Fate Cards for 1,000 Dedication Points.
- - Owning a Reversed Card grants you 40% of the stat bonus of that card, permanently.
- - Stat bonuses from Reversed Cards apply to all characters in your account.
- Each primary Fate Card grants you +25 APt. If you have all 22 primary cards, you gain an additional bonus of +500 APt, for a total of 1050 APt.
- Each secondary (Swords/Cups/Wands/Pentacles) Fate Card grants you +5 APt. There are 4 decks of 13 secondary Fate Cards, totalling an extra 260 APt.
- Each Reversed Fate Card grants you +100 APt. There is no set bonus for Reversed Cards, so having all 22 Reversed Cards gives you 2200 APt.

- // VII. Fusion Guide
- Once you are Level 46 and have completed Sylph's Hero Trial, you can initialize a new Fusion for your character.
- Once initialized, it will start at Physical Fusion and can be upgraded from there by obtaining sufficient Fusion EXP. Fusion EXP can be obtained by defeating enemies in the Ommog Region.
- You must meet a level requirement to upgrade your Fusion.
- Fusion EXP required per upgrade: 0/100/200/400/800/1600/3200/6400/12800/25600/51200
- Level 46 (Physical Fusion): Life Regen +20
- Level 47 (Soul Fusion): +15% negative status effect resistance
