- Everyone I have something to tell you. I recently wen to Okinawa and the thing I brought back from Okinawa is this:
- Rafute (Pork belly)
- I have 2 packs of 600grams each so today I will be eating a Rafute dish
- it looks totally delish
- and I made 6 cups of rice here and I will top it
- whoa! this is awesome I will also garnish it with some egg
- and some green onion
- and to finish it all off the Rafute sauce will get drizzled on top
- Done!
- I ended up with a lot of sauce
- it looks delish
- it looks so yummy. its time to eat Itadakimasu
- Oh man. Okinawa was so fun, the weather was nice and here in Tokyo it was always raining and when I got to Okinawa everyday was so nice and sunny *can't quite hear her fully* *guessing its something like I should move here?*

- Rafute I sooo love this stuff. I like a lot of Okinawa food too. They cook with a lot of pork there

- the pork belly is so tender and there is a nice layer of tasty fat. I love it
- the perfect salty sweet combination of sugar and soy sauce is perfection
- What is one thing I love in the world? YES that's right!!!! its MAYO!!!!!!!
- lets put some mayon on it. mayo goes so well with fatty dishes like this. I love it
- I topped it with mayo. it tastes great on its own but I love putting mayo on food
- mmm things taste milder with mayo
- look the egg turned out perfectly half runny
- the last bite Itadakimasu
- I'm done Gochisosamadesu
- ahhh~ Rafute.... that Rafute was totes delish and that mayo went perfectly with it
- I still have a few things from Okinawa that I brought back so in the coming weeks I will be pecking at them so stay tuned..... I want to go back to Okinawa again!!!
