Unleash Life healing buffed by 30%

Assassination Rogue:
Exsanguinate reduced to 100% from 400%

Outlaw Rogue:
Jolly Roger reduced to 25% from 40%.
Buried Treasure reduced to 25% from 40%.
Grand Melee increased from 40% to 50%.
Shark Infested Waters reduced from 40% to 25%.
Slice and Dice increased to 100% from 90%.

Holy Priest:
Guardian Spirit cooldown reduced to 90 seconds from 120 seconds.

Discipline Priest:
Shadow Covenant healing buffed by 10%.

Frost Mage:
Brain Freeze proc rate increased from 10% to 15%.

Havoc Demon Hunter:
Demon Blades nerfed from 95% of weapon damage to 85%.
