1. Open your control panel
2. Search for device manager and open it
3. You should see "PSP Type B" in the list with a yellow triangle
4. Right click on it and choose "Update Driver Software"
5. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"
6. Click "Browse" on the right and navigate to where you extracted the zip and choose the "drivers" folder
7. Click next and wait, it should say something about no author for the driver, click install anyway
