HEADER

Create a solid blue bar above the current header (USE THIS: https://gyazo.com/8ddb0228b09e15ec7e8ea8aed44c798c?token=1961c837fa774f33f4a60e50b394e907 but give it the gray border image from this: https://gyazo.com/c87335c4ff7c9fd645a63c8d82b30fc5and which is all from https://hytale.com/) then move "Client Area, Control Panel, Support" onto that bar, then keep the logo and all the other tabs on the current header row but center them as they'll be skewed to the left once you move "Client Area, Control Panel, Support" up to the higher bar.

Modifications: For the header. (the top top header where the client area, control panel, support is) The bar at the top is supposed to be dark blue, not black, and needs to have a certain border around it. On the lower header, The logo needs to be brought closer to the navbar tabs, like right next to it, then we need to center it all.

https://gyazo.com/deac8647bccba189faae9ce711a7685a Replace "Our Team" with About Us, Replace "Refer a Friend" with Affiliates, Replace "Forums" with Community, Replace "Order" with Pricing, Replace "Privacy Policy" with Legal, Replace "Terms of Service" with Server Specs. URLs will need to be adjusted as well but create a forwarding url from the old urls to the new urls or something so that this doesn't break a ton of stuff on the site.

We will be merging Privacy Policy and Terms of Service into the "Legal" page link at some point, like https://nodecraft.com/legal has done
