Bill (M, age 69):
Bill wanted to be able to type in a city, because he doesn’t know that many airport codes.
He was confused by what the starting airports were. He wasn’t clear that he was meeting someone else in a common destination.
Once he understood it, he loved the idea and said he would use it if it existed to meet up with his sister.
He tried to enter airport codes in lower case and they failed; only works in upper case (fixed already).

Grace (F, age 32):
Grace used the app on an iPhone 5 and wasn’t sure the results were showing up (they showed up with a scroll).
She said it was easy to use and she understood that she would use this app to meet someone and try and time their flights.
She said she would definitely use this app to meet up with her friends from back east.
She wants to have a share button to email it to a friend.

Hilary (F, age 30, UX designer):
Hilary says the page could be made more clear as to what it is people are using the site for. Maybe a blurb about why they need MeetMe.
She thinks I should separate some of the content to not give the user cognitive overload, increase whitespace.
She thinks the inputs should be larger for users who have trouble seeing smaller fonts.
She was looking at it with a critical UX eye, but she said overall she loved the functionality and did not encounter any bugs.


Based on feedback received:
I plan to add social media icons, a blurb about the site that makes it clear, and make sure it is mobile friendly.
