- JUNE PROCESS EVALUATION
- 1 tourney every other week at minimum
- On weeks that I'm not going to a tournament, replace with longer meditations or consolidation/synthesis of info
- I've done a good job of this BUT I've gone to too many tournaments I think (one a week). Without sufficient time to prepare, my results suffer. I'll start alternating preparation and attendance weeks, with 2-3 learning objectives centered on recent performance issues (gameplay or otherwise) and 1-2 learning objectives centered on general interest.
- 2 sessions a week
- Netplay or otherwise
- I play way too much netplay -- both per session and total sessions. Get back to solo practice and VOD study, especially now that I'm getting better at the latter. Something that has huge returns for me b/c I haven't even come close to diminishing return point is meditations + visualizations, so I could even work that in. Speaking of which...
- Solo practice, meditation/visualization every day
- Meditation/visualization should be about me re-tooling my competitive mindset, my expectations (or lack thereof), confidence, etc.

- I've been slacking on this and I think these things hurt my gameplay the most. My execution scores and preparation scores were so consistently trash this month. Going to set up X-Effect cards for these.
- 3-4 days of VOD analysis
- Good news: I got better at analysis.
- Bad news: I don't do it often enough.

- JULY PROCESS
- Alternate attendance and preparation weeks.
- -- Preparation should be centered on 2-3 recent performance issues (gameplay or otherwise) and 1-2 learning objectives that correspond with general interest.
- 2 sessions per week, netplay or otherwise
- -- Don't forget netplay rules/setting timer for self
- -- Don't play with others two days in a row!!!
- -- Come into sessions with goals, or formulate them as I play
- Solo practice, meditation/visualization every day
- -- Solo practice when I get home from work. Start off with 15 minutes of basics, then go into practicing new options or situations I failed in tournament.
- -- Meditation/visualization after water + when I wake up (lets me get comfortable and use on tourney days)
- 3-4 days a week of VOD Analysis
- -- Try to associate urge to netplay with urge to analyze instead
- -- Make sure to create list of testable/practicable items and/or insights to internalize.
