Thanos is found in his garden after having also destroyed the stones.

Thor decapitates Thanos.

Movie picks up 5+ years later.

Remaining Avengers are scattered and living in dark times.

Ant Man tells others of Quantum Realm, they realize they may be able to make a time machine of it.

Tony and Pepper are married. She's pregnant with their daughter, Morgan.

Professor Hulk helps build the time machine.

Black Widow retrieves Hawkeye who had gone dark.

Fat Thor is hanging out with Korg and Meik.

Most go back to the Battle of New York to start getting stones from the past.

Professor Hulk retrieves the Time Stone. (The Ancient One may or may not be the person to give it to him.)

Cap has to say Hail Hydra to Crossbones to get the briefcase that contains the Tessaract.

Trying to work around past events to get stones, Loki gets away with the Tessaract.

Past Cap and Present Cap run into each other, Old Cap thinks Present Cap is Loki in disguise which is why they fight.

Thor and Rocket go to Asgard to retrieve the Aether from Jane Foster's body. This is when Thor retrieves Mjolnir.

War Machine and Nebula go to Morag.

Black Widow and Hawkeye go to Voromir.

There can only be one Soul Stone. There's no past and present version, only the stone. This is what alerts Thanos to what they're doing because the soul stone vanishes from the gauntlet.

Cap and Iron Man have to go even further back in time to get the Tessaract since Loki stole the last one.

Stan Lee cameo happens.

While in old SHIELD location, additional quantum particles needed are stolen so they can keep time traveling.

War Machine and Nebula get stone before past Starlord does.

Past Nebula fights Present Nebula and takes her place back to the present.

Hawkeye and Black Widow fight over who will be the sacrifice needed to get the Soul Stone.

Black Widow ends up being the one to die sumoning the Soul Stone.

Characters back to present, gauntlet is recreated.

Professor Hulk wields the gauntlet and undoes things but is hurt as a result.

Dusted are heard in the Soul Stone, leads to it being undone.

Nebula uses the Quantum teleporter to bring Thanos, Avengers HQ is destroyed.

After undusting, Present Nebula kills Past Nebula.

Thor wields Mjolnir and Stormbreaker to battle Thanos.

Cap is able to pick up and wield Mjolnir during this battle.

The Black Order is summoned as well.

Portaling in, the rest of the dusted appear to help the battle.

Pepper shows up to help suited up as 'Rescue.'

Ant Man becomes Giant Man.

The gauntlet is passed around during battle, Spiderman ends up with it.

Captain Marvel shows up and destroys Thanos' ship and gets the gauntlet from Spiderman.

Thanos eventually gets to the gauntlet and tries to snap but it fails.

Iron Man suicides via snap (a middle finger technically) to dust Thanos and the Black Order.

"I am Iron Man" is said in that moment.

Funeral for Iron Man is held, Tony's recorded message is played.

Iron Man stays dead.

New Asgard is created on Earth.

Hawkeye starts teaching his daughter to take over as Hawkeye one day.

Cap travels back in time again.

Old Man Steve returns and passes on the Captain America title.

Captain Marvel is tasked with taking the stones and separating them essentially creating the Infinity Watch.

Flashback of Cap dancing with Peggy. They're married. He was her husband all along.

No after credit scenes, a montage of all the people who made the movies leading up to Endgame.

Edit: Some adjustments now that the final version of the movie is out.

Morgan is born and a couple of years old already.

Thanos actually figures out the plan to undo things when Past Nebula and Present Nebula cross wires a bit and Present Nebula’s memory of the plan is seen by Thanos.

Valkyrie is made Queen of New Asgard

Cap travels back in time to return the stones, Captain Marvel was not tasked to do so.

Bucky isn’t the one who gets the Captain America title, it’s Falcon which is more in line with the Old Man Steve story.
