Pokemon: Rioboldo

Name: Rioboldo

Type: Rock / Water

Status: *Evolved from Boldorio via a Water Stone*

Description: Looks very similar to Boldorio, except its skin becomes a smooth stone that is brown and cream splotched, including the “hair”. The shorts become brown with a gold belt whose buckle depicts a wave. The hands change into smooth sided pyramid shapes.

Abilities: If it could have a third type it would be Fighting; it still retains many fighting style moves and can learn them; it just loses the type bonus. It can also learn several “drill” moves via its “hands” being able to spin.

*Story: A fascinating Pokemon, and fairly common among trainers in the Stone Mountains where there are Evolution Stone mines, with Water Stones being the most common found; even found in the Grand River its self. Some believe this to be why Boldorio gather around the river, that they hope to evolve into Rioboldo.
