I really like the use of the old lady/young women visual I think that is a really good way to depict this word.  I would change some of your path choices though, you dont need to view the full frame if you can already read the text.  You should just use paths on each part you want to focus on, maybe try and make the content a bit smaller so the path zooms up on it more frequently.
