background: Grew up living in pleasure and pure loyalty. He was very independent, but his parents attempted to make him independent, which is something he doesn't want. how you two met:
They met through the friends of the human, who were looking for a vampire friend for him. Surprisingly, Narcissus accepted since he was able to meet with one of the friends. But, their first encounter was when Narcissus walked out to the human realm and was in a cafe, and the LI went up to his table and asked to sit with him because there was an extra plug therefor him to use. Narcissus also decided to protect this boy because he was hungry for friends and human interaction. He also saw some "potential" in the LI because the LI was really similar to him.

first impression of li:
He thought that he was a very chill and cool person, which gave him the confidence to ask  vampire for something. He also noticed that this boy wasn't in rags but wearing really nice clothes, which was very attractive. This other person also had a really impressive body figure which caught his eyes. Narcissus thought this guy was very eye-catching and similar to him so he was able to approach him better. LI was very happy and never showed a frown when speaking to Narcissus, which is something that Narcissus is weak for.

first impression of you for him:
The LI thought that he was a very interesting person. His expression on his face didn't match wit what he was doing, but he was approachable nevertheless. Although LI understood that this person was quite suspicious and odd, he liked people who were different, which made is "job" a whole lot easier. The genuine smile the other had when the LI made a joke also caught him because it was so perfect. He also realized that they both were really into fashion, which made him feel that this guy was pretty cool.
