  1. GEMINI:
  2.
  3. This memory of the trill-like Vernal Goddess Gemini is tall and slender, cutting an elegant figure. Wrapped about her is a pair of enormous wings, their feathers pure white and radiant with light. A series of smaller wings sprout from her back, framing her body like delicate flowers. Her eyes are wide and a lively green, full of laughter and delight as they perch over an aristocratic nose and a mouth full of bright teeth. She is dressed in a silvery-white gown, over which she clasps her pale hands with many bangles drooping at the wrists. There is something insubstantial about her appearance, as if she were wreathed in mist and might disappear at the slightest breeze.
  4.
  5. VIRGO:
  6.
  7. This memory of the Vernal Goddess Virgo is a handsome elfen woman with smooth, olive-green skin. Her face is beautiful, but forgettably so - with the traditional curved ears and almond eyes of the forest people, unadorned by jewellery or makeup. She wears a long, deep red gown that flows about her, its rippling waves of silk forming a plain backdrop to the gruesome coat atop it. It is unclear whether this sleeveless overdress is crafted of bloody sinew or webbing that has been drenched in gore; it has the appearance of spiderweb, cloying in parts and splaying in others. Wherever she walks, bloody footprints remain in her wake, small and delicate and a grim reminder of her passing. But even still, she is smiling - as if the blood were normal. As if it were natural, a part of her, an extention of all that she is. All told, she is an image that is hard to forget.
  8.
  9. PISCES:
  10.
  11. This merian-like memory of the Vernal Goddess Pisces is strong and shapely, with a soft sailor's hat resting askew upon her head covering one of her fanned ears, while the other ear sports a golden earring. She is deep blue in colour, her liquid brown eyes holding hidden depths. Supple leather armour covers the majority of her body, while boots of seal skin cuffed with fur fit snug upon her burly feet. She radiates a strong glow about her, which causes the surround air to ripple and surge like waves upon the open sea. Despite her effect on the surroundings, her form fades in and out of sight, as if she were not entirely here.
  12.
  13. SAGITTARIUS:
  14.
  15. Light glistens off this memory of Vernal God Sagittarius, whose wet skin and surrounding mists refract the rays to send muted rainbows floating from his stolid form. He wears only a simple toga of orange, which complements the verdant-brown of his mugwump-like body, and a pair of slender sandals woven of dried reeds. Four translucent wings sprout from his back, delicate and iridescent, while his webbed hands bear a glowing scroll of parchment upon which he writes in a golden script. Despite the despair that surrounds him, he holds a measured expression of hope upon his quiet, shining face.
  16.
  17. ARIES:
  18.
  19. This memory of the Vernal God Aries is short and stocky, encased in a suit of crimson armour from which scalding steam billows out continuously through regular rows of holes. He has a fiery head of hair and a thick beard that bears hundreds of slender, beaded braids. Scars criss-cross his grouchy face, sunken eyes blazing with white fire. His hands sit in cogwheeled gauntlets, stubby fingers sticking out the open tips, covered in callouses. An enormous toolbelt rests across his hefty midsection bearing gadgets and devices of various kinds. Heavy metallic boots are melded to his body, flickering with tongues of blazing flames that highlight the slight insubstantial appearance of his form.
  20.
  21. CANCER:
  22.
  23. This memory of the Vernal God Cancer stands calmly, resplendent in a covering of glittering scales. His form is that of a dracnari of unusual size, clad in light silken robes of scarlet red. His dark eyelids are traced in a fine layer of glimmering gold, his snout wide and jaw clenched and powerful. Tipped with cruel claws of ridged crimson, his arms stretch long and thick, disproportionate to the rest of his body, and the scales upon them grow to the size of small plates, some melding to form almost a carapace around the circumference. A long, sinuous tail tents his robes in the back, its form fading in and out of view, as if he were not entirely present.
  24.
  25. LIBRA:
  26.
  27. This memory of Vernal God Libra is enormous even for his krokani heritage. He is dressed in dark, pleated robes that absorb light, like a swathe of a starless night. A single globular eye with a green-flecked iris rests in the centre of his forehead, hovered over with soft, curled eyelashes that are lavender, like the pale purple of his rippling, shoulder-length hair. In one hand, he holds a wooden gavel that glows with a gentle brightness, while in the other, he holds a set of golden scales. An expression of lucid discernment rests upon his face, and the corners of his lips droop down slightly, as if he does not like what he sees.
  28.
  29. CAPRICORN:
  30.
  31. This memory of Vernal God Capricorn recalls the form of a stockily built sileni whose bare torso is covered in shiny scars of burns old and new. Curling horns plated with silver protrude from his scalp, turning in several spirals before coming to a point near his shapely ears. His calloused fingers, six on each hand, are adorned with glittering rings of gold, platinum, and precious stones, and they grasp exotic weapons that are as much works of art as they are implements of destruction. Light but strong alloys make up the polished bracers on his forearms and shinguards upon his densely furred legs that bend to the back. His cloven hooves are plated in a durable metal, sending ghostly, echoing taps whenever he takes a step.
  32.
  33. TAURUS:
  34.
  35. This memory of the Vernal Goddess Taurus is barely four feet tall, childlike and innocent. Her eyes and horns are a brilliant golden yellow, the former long-lashed and the latter fading to white in a seraphic ombre. There is a strange juxtaposition in her appearence: her muscular, dextrous taurian form at odds with the shimmering dress she wears, its very threads woven from aureate light. These same shafts of illumination are ever shifting across her dark skin, and seem woven into the riot of hair that frames her round face in a riotous halo. She holds nothing in her hands but a single, delicate calla lily, its green stem and pure white petals perfectly formed.
  36.
  37. LEO:
  38.
  39. This memory of the Vernal God Leo is small in size, but not in stature. Fierce orange eyes shine bright upon his aslaran features, small fangs curling from the lips as an occasional snarl challenges those who come before him. An enormous green mane encircles his face, the fur long and sleek, obscuring most of the rest of his wiry form such that he appears to be almost entirely made of fur. What portions of the body can be seen are bare of clothing, adorned instead in intricate emerald and red tattoos conveying courage, joy, and endurance in interweaving lines. His tail swings languidly back and forth as he floats in the air like a ghostly warrior-sage of old.
  40.
  41. AQUARIUS:
  42.
  43. This memory of Vernal Goddess Aquarius shines resplendently, her clear crystalline facets reflecting and refracting ambient light into many colours. She has the appearance of a transparent lucidian, her limbs and body showing a hexagonal geometry, though retaining the star shape of her originator. She wears a long dress fashioned from thousands of tiny golden links interspersed with beaded gems. Arcs of electricity dance across her body, giving her an intimidating aura of crackling flashes. In her hands, she bears a tall, slender jar of clear water, out from which a lovely herbal fragrance emanates.
  44.
  45. SCORPIO:
  46.
  47. This memory of the Vernal Goddess Scorpio is a towering loboshigaru over six feet tall, surrounded by sulphurous clouds of fetid, yellowish pink gas. Her fur is glossy black that shines iridescent like an oil slick, matted in places by a mixture of blood and ichor. Oversized, almost snake-like fangs peer out from her muzzle, yellowed and gnarled, lending her scarred face a huntress's savagery. She wears tattered, piecemeal armour of hides and leathers that shift with her every prowling movement. Her furred hands have deadly claws that perpetually gleam with a coating of foul-scented liquid - occasionally, she licks them clean, their poisonous sheen returning seconds later.
  48.
  49. OPHIUCHUS:
  50.
  51. The sizable form of Ophiuchus the Vindicator stands here, towering upwards five stories high. His body is wiry and strong, each muscle clearly defined. Long lithe limbs appear chiseled from stark green stone, wreathed in a nimbus of crackling power that bends the very air around him. His features are ever-changing: at times placid like glass, at times stormy with fury, at times bright with laughter, at times dark with glistening tears; there appears to be no one race that he claims, nor even one gender. In one hand he holds a writhing serpent in a tight grasp, its flickering tongue and glittering fangs shining with healing light.
