Motion for the GA

This is how we used to do it in the old days :)
Do I have a seconder (or perhaps a peoples proxy) in the GA who can actually propose this.
Ideally someone interested in SF and Space cos that is what I tweet about  normally!

This GA understands that
1 The Fire Brigade of London do not consider our Occupation an obstruction.
2 That the independent City of London Police do not consider our Occupation an obstruction
3 That the Tourists of London do not consider our Occupation an obstruction. [Petition]

This GA believes that
4 The regular congregation of the Cathedral of St Paul's do not consider our Occupation an obstruction.

This GA is surprised to learn that
2 The Corporation of London has now officially asserted that we are causing an obstruction!
3 The Corporation of London is an undemocratically elected body!
4 The the Corporation of London's representatives wield power pro rata on the basis of the number of their employees.
5. That these employees do not vote for their representatives!

This Occupation *demands* that:

"The Corporation of London holds a referendum by secret vote of said employees asking if we do indeed cause an obstruction."

This Occupation believes that the wishes of the People supersede the whims of those who wield the Power.

To that end:
This Occupation publicises this call for a public referendum in all media outlets.
